The sunny studios feature a small kitchen, a cozy bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the forest and construction trailer. The surroundings are wonderful for hiking and enjoying nature. In the nearby forest you can relax or cycle into the beautiful surroundings. In front of the front door, bus 652 runs in a few minutes to Falkensee train station. With the regional train you are within 15 minutes drive to the city of Berlin. Or, as a driver, you can use the Park & Ride at the train station.

Fully renovated apartment (75 m²) in a historic house (former barracks from the 18th century) with several residential units directly on the city wall overlooking Lake Neuruppin. The two-room apartment is located on the upper floor (a staircase) and consists of a large living area about 50 m² with American kitchen, small bedroom with double bed, bathroom tiled with tub and separate shower and underfloor heating. A small garage serves as a parking space at the house.

The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Künstlerhof Perwenitz

Berlinnah, located at the northern end of the village of Perwenitz, surrounded by fields, stands the residential building of the former mill complex. The two-story mill building was built around 1890 and used until 1994 for producing flour and feed. Today there are artist studios, gallery rooms, and a cafe in this building Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house and is about 92 m² in size.

Unser EFH liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Kernstadt in Seenähe mit Bademöglichkeiten. Zur Autobahn 24 sind es etwa 5km. Der Bus (Stadtlinie) hält wochentags über alle 20min in ca. 200m Entfernung. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.

Very nice apartment with two rooms, each equipped with a double bed in the house on a large 3-sided courtyard with garden directly on the lake in the Schorfheide-Chorin biosphere reserve, 70 km north of Berlin.
