We are a Berlin-based family and have been successfully renting out part of our apartment for nine years. With 38 m², our space comfortably accommodates three adults or a family. The apartment includes bedroom, a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Each room has its own door, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. Whether you're planning a short visit or a longer stay in Berlin, our accommodation provides the perfect retreat from the vibrant and diverse bustle of the city.

This stylish two-room apartment with private entrance is perfect for your trip to Berlin and offers the perfect retreat in urban proximity. Friedrichshain, 10 min., Treptow, 15 min. & Kreuzberg, 20 minutes are within walking distance. In addition to the large kitchen-living room, there is the adjoining bedroom with direct access to the quiet terrace (40 sqm). This apartment also has its own shower room, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. A covered carport by the house can be booked on site.

In the north of the Uckermark, to the state border of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, on the L15 is the small town of Götzkendorf. Generously surrounded by forests, lakes and rivers, the apartment is located on our small farm (chickens, ducks and a dear watchdog :-)). Whether for families, couples or for you alone, our apartment offers great relaxation space for anyone wanting to escape from everyday life.

Large enclosed living area (1 room with bathroom) in a detached house on the 2nd floor, with bathroom, kitchen area and large terrace. The apartment has its own entrance and is about 60 m ² in size. The property is accessed via a beautiful garden. The house is located on a quiet side street. Street parking is usually available. In case of emergency, there is a short walk to the neighboring street.
