Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

Our Fichtern farm is located at the foot of the Bichlalm approx. 20 minutes walk from the city center and is home to 15 horses and 2 ponies. The apartment is located in the attic with extra entrance and has a living room with sofa bed and balcony, bedroom with double bed, kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker. Bathroom with shower and bathtub and an extra toilet. Our tap water is the best in the world, you don't have to carry still water.
