Ideally located: close to the highway but also the wine route. Quiet neighborhood, playground, supermarket, small shops and gas station just minutes away. The 35 m2 accommodation is divided into 2 spaces (kitchen, living room), has a bathroom and separate toilet. The bedroom is upstairs, in the attic (1.80 m).
