In 5 minutes walking distance you can reach the swimming pool with natural lake and the tennis courts. Within a radius of 15 km there are 5 golf courses and for cycling and mountain biking it is ideal even with kids. The center with restaurants is close and offers a vacation feeling all around. Wir haben ein kleines aber feines Appartement in einer sehr ruhigen Einheimischen Wohngegend von Oberndorf neu renoviert, und für euch hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet. Ideale Lage zum Schi fahren und Wandern. Das Schigebiet St.Johann, Kitzbühel ist schnell erreichbar. Durch den Separaten Eingang seit ihr vollkommen unabhängig. Auch ein Parkplatz sowie W-lan ist vorhanden. Ideal für 2 Personen mit 1 Schlafzimmer und für 4.Pers. gibt es zusätzlich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnküche

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, hat ca. 45m und besteht aus, Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Duschbadewanne, Abstellraum, Garderobe, 2 Balkone. Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Lehm verputzt, dies führt zu einem angenehmen Raumklima. Die Wohnung wurde 2008 komplett neu errichtet und hat Fussbodenheizung. Passend für 2 Personen, eventuell 3, 3. Bett ist eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich.

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter 1,5 Jahre alt, für 10 Tage in der Unterkunft. Es war sehr schön und es hat uns super gefallen. Alles war super beschrieben und problemlos. Uns wurde sogar ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt, weshalb wir dies glücklicherweise nicht von zuhause mitbringen mussten. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit! Wir haben den Urlaub, den wir dringend brauchten, sehr genossen. Wir können es definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Nicola’s place in Kitzbühel was a well-located and nicely designed home base for our stay. The thoughtfully laid out apartment offered a comfortable environment to relax after exploring the charming town and ski area. The proximity to trains, ski lift, and town made it easy to enjoy everything Kitzbühel and the region has to offer. A special thanks to Romana, the resident manager, for helping us figure out the laundry, coffee maker, and WiFi. Her assistance was appreciated and ensured we were able to settle in without any major issues. Kitzbühel was a beautiful destination, and we enjoyed our time there.

Magnifique condo neuf, cuisine, douche en céramique intégrale avec carré de pluie au plafond. Tout est disponible pour cuisiner et les articles sont de bonne qualité. Le lit est extrêmement confortable. Doris est une personne extrêmement serviable, à l'écoute, disponible et vous fait immédiatement sentir les bienvenus. L'immeuble est à une rue du centre-ville historique piéton de Kitzbühel. L'épicerie est à un coin de rue. Je vous recommande de louer un Locker à ski dans le bâtiment où il y a la gondole. L'immeuble est un petit peu trop loin de la gondole pour marcher avec les bottes de ski et les ski. L'immeuble est à 10 minutes de marche de la gondole et il y a une côte et des escaliers. J'ai adoré Doris Nest et le recommande fortement. Je reviendrai c'est certain

The apartment is great. Fantastic location, minutes walking to Hahnenkammbahn, restaurants and shopping. Free parking, a lot of space, nice kitchen.

Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a family with a young child. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, ample storage, has all the utilities, quiet neighbourhood and yet very central. Location is excellent! Walkable to shops, restaurants and lifts.
