Adjacent is a spacious living area with a futon double bed (160x200cm) and two sofas. There are two separate bedrooms, one with two single beds, and the other offers a comfortable king-size bed. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. The same goes for public transportation (bus 2 min, subway 4 min, S-Bahn 10 min), Oktoberfest, the traffic museum, and the beautiful trade fair park. (Maximum occupancy 6 people)

The cozy double bed has a seat height of a pleasant 55cm. The mattresses have a width and length of 100x200 each. Two different mattress hardness levels give you the choice of how you want to sleep. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare yourself for relaxing days. Even on vacation you can cook, bake or grill something wonderful on the Weber Plancha. Eggs from our own chickens are available to you every day. Upon request and if there is free space, booking massages and cranio-sacral treatments is possible for stays of at least 3 nights and weekend visits.
