This self contained 1 bedroom annexe with king size bed + seperate lounge with portable air con unit/fans, sofa bed, extra spare bedding , washing machine, dryer, WIFI , short walk (15 minutes) to beautiful river and canal path walks, farmshop or local high street. The owners have 2 cocker spaniels so dont mind clients bringing one well behaved pet on holiday too. Basic Breakfast supplies will be provided too.

Andy home was immaculate and Andy has been very thorough in making sure that his guests are well catered for, providing a really wide range of teas, coffees and cereals. The bed was really comfortable and there were different heights of pillows to choose from and extra blankets. There was good hanging space for clothes, with plenty of coat hangers. I was impressed by Andy’s helpfulness. I would definitely recommend Andy’s Airbnb for a really comfortable sleep at a great price.

Had a great stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean, with everything we needed. The host was friendly and helpful, making check-in and communication really easy. Perfect location, just a short walk to the Piece Hall, which was ideal for the gig we were attending. Access to the apartment was straightforward too. Would definitely stay again!

Nice house in a quiet area. Glenn was very helpful with my needs and responded quickly. The house was close to where I needed to go and had a tv with entertainment for me.

The cottage looks exactly like the photos. It was clean, well kept and well equipped. It had everything we needed and then some more. We felt right at home. The location is private and peaceful. We were greeted with some treats and there were fresh flowers which we really loved. The hosts are quite responsive. There is a beautiful farm in front of it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
