Great place in a great neighborhood! We really enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

The home was clean and beautiful. It smelled nice and the ac worked perfectly against the humidity outside. The setting was very family oriented and the hosts thought of literally everything to accomodate us. The beds were very comfortable with high quality bedding. The backyard was cozy and the hot tub was an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Nashville!

Place was very clean and Tiffany was very nice all around great stay!

Place was just as described. We had some small tissues/other trash pieces left behind from those who stayed before us but nothing major & we easily cleaned it up. Overall the house was quiet, I feel like there may be some issues with the A/C as it got a bit hot at night but again nothing that would seriously hinder our experience. Nick was very friendly and check-in was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a great place to stay for our Nashville weekend trip. Really easy for Ubers to find.

Patrick's place was perfect for our adult group of seven. The home was spacious and comfortable for our family get together. It was quick and easy to Uber to downtown Nashville, too. We enjoyed our time together and would definitely stay here again.

Our first AirBB and it was fabulous. We felt so at home and peaceful settings. It is 9 min. from Broadway to all the action. You couldn't ask for a better place. We will be back Cody. Keep the light on.

We were there for a quick weekend in Nashville and this place was perfect! The unit was clean and the decorations were cute. The unit was more spacious than expected which was a plus. The unit faces the back of the building and it was on a relatively quiet street, and street parking was available for additional cars. Broadway is about a 30 min walk or a 7 minute uber (we ubered since they were relatively cheap; average $12). It was also close to The Gulch which was awesome. The host was responsive when we had a question about parking and even let us check in a little early! I would recommend this place and likely book again!

We stayed at Linda’s place for a week from June 2-June 9. This place exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely stay there again. Very safe walkable neighborhood, we walked to and from Broadway every single day of our stay as we were there during CMA Fest. The bed in this place was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and actually purchased the same mattress as soon as I got back home… can’t wait for it to arrive. Thanks so much for a great stay 😊

Michael was absolutely wonderful! The place was so nice and clean! I do however want to say that the step up to the bathroom/shower will get you everytime. 🤣 It’s close to everything and a lot of good restaurants! He also provided us with a huge list of places to eat/see/do! We had a wonderful time!

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Such a beautiful property with an amazing host. We felt at home away from home. The neighborhood was gorgeous and very pleasant to walk around every morning. We loved how spacious the home was as well. The pool and hot tub were both clean and such a nice place to spend an evening while grilling out with friends. The experience was amazing, we cannot wait to go back🙏🏼

Kendall was an exceptional host—flexible, attentive, and welcoming. The location couldn’t have been better—truly unbeatable access to everything we needed. The space itself was beautifully decorated and had such a warm, inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Fantastic location, walkable to restaurants, cafes, Vanderbilt and Belmont. Beds are comfortable and the place is quiet. Central location, easy to get downtown and to airport. Host was very responsive and helpful. Great stay!

Judy made our stay fabulous. Great communication and instructions on how to get there and self check in was easy. We will book again when travel to Nashville or close to. Did I mention how clean the place is? It was a nice quick ride to broadway but far enough away to feel like you are away from everything. So nice to have a quiet space to re set from the hustle and busy of the city. Cleaner than a hotel and comforts of home. Perfect stay!

Lily and Jordan’s place was great. It was clean, comfortable, and quirky. The location is great, and they were fantastic hosts. We’d absolutely stay again.

Easily communicated with us, and house was as expected with easy check in. Close to everything.

We love staying at Kellie's! It's a very relaxing time while we're there, which is exactly what we all needed. We enjoy watching all of the animals wander about. The location is perfect for what we wanted. Remote enough to get away from the hurried pace yet close enough to get to everything else on our agenda. This was our second stay and we have yet had a chance to take some time to go fishing though :( Maybe the next time :) I must add that the bed in the Master made me want to stay in it longer than my internal clock and body would let me. Very comfortable for me and very much appreciated. Looking forward to returning, maybe next year sometime.

The location is perfect, everything was a 15 minute drive away or less. The space was great for my boyfriend & I, it honestly felt like home after a long day on Broadway. The decor was my favorite tho, it was definitely on theme. I also really appreciated the driveway parking option, that was super convenient to unload and load up when we were leaving. We will be back :)

this was my first ABB experience and they made it amazing!! From having a little coffee maker to soft bed, beautiful room, amazing shower and friendly host!! I will definitely come back! I would definitely recommend them if your looking to go to Nashville!! all and all AMAZING!!
