Vacation rentals with a patio in Oak Hill

Selma and Scott were fantastic host. The check-in and check-out was simple and they provided clear instructions. There was a tiny issue with the electric breaker, the microwave, refrigerator and air fryer went out but I informed them and they had someone out there promptly to resolve the issue. The property was beyond reasonably priced and close to several amenities including the beach as your backyard which was magnificent. I would stay again and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Also, both were very responsive.

Our stay was fantastic! The home was cozy and welcoming. It had everything we could have possibly needed to make our stay more enjoyable. China was an amazing host and made our stay even more wonderful. 10/10

We loved our stay at Celimar’s. Clean, comfortable, enjoyed the pool, the porch in the evenings and cooked in each night which was great! Beds were comfy, plenty of living space , felt quite at home and look forward to visiting again!

The UCF Parents Retreat was absolutely perfect. It is just 10 minutes from campus! It’s a charming, cozy apartment that made us feel right at home. My daughter and I loved our stay, and even Lucy, our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel, settled in immediately. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting UCF!

The location was quiet with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Gaining access to the lodging was super simple and is literally a two minute walk across a street and down a boardwalk to the beach. The price was unbeatable for the location and amenities included and is in a great location to watch a launch from the cape canaveral spaceport. I highly recommend staying with Jen and we look forward to booking with her again in the future to see another launch.

We have been traveling together to New Smyrna Beach since 2015, I believe we missed one or two years, and by far Kate's was our favorite vacation spot. Everything about the condo was awesome. Everything in the description was exactly as described. We always look for a 1st floor unit, oceanfront, with easy access to the beach. Kate's condo checked all the boxes. Kate was so amazingly responsive, it was as if I was catching up to an old friend that I hadn't talked to in a while just picked right up where we left off. I highly recommend considering Kate's place, it's truly perfect! We'll be back Paul Syracuse, N.Y.

I had a lovely stay at Michelle’s Airbnb! The space was very nice, clean, and set in a beautiful location that made the whole experience extra relaxing. I also really appreciated Michelle’s patience and understanding when I woke up later than planned—she was kind and accommodating the whole way through. Highly recommend staying here!

My family and myself just had a 5 night stay at the hideaway and had a fantastic time . We were skeptical when we booked as we normally stay ocean front but couldn’t be happier with our decision it gave us way more variety on our trip . Historical district with good restaurants and bars right at our doorstep . We had really nice bike rides to beach made it there in 15 minutes. Then having our own pool/outdoor area was very nice to wind down . The house was immaculate, clean , well thought out as we didn’t have to search for anything . Emanuel and Katie were excellent hosts! Excellent and fast responses. We notified them that we didn’t have enough washcloths and they responded with 24 of them were going to be shipped to the house from Amazon in two days. The back patio was our favorite part. The pool lights are so neat especially for kids and the brick patio feels really fancy. We got compliments when we had family from Florida visiting. We had my little family of four and my mom and sister come for the trip. The house was set up perfectly. One side of the house there was a master bath and bedroom all enclosed and the other side of the house were two bedrooms. The one had two twin beds which were perfect for my kids and we slept in the room next to them with our own bathroom. Water pressure on fridge was great! This house has 4 TVs! This home fit our needs perfectly. Also not too far from a beach! Recommendations to be sent to owners. Thank you guys for hosting us!

We came to New Smyrna for a baseball tournament and walking into the home , seemed like we were in our own house. Nothing felt out of place and we had all we needed to relax and unwind. We would definitely rebook for next year!

My husband and I like to visit NSB on the weekends when we can . We usually stay at hotels , but we like to stay in places that have more room and feels like home . My husband and I were very satisfied . It was perfect for two people and it was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet . Hopefully we I’ll be able to come back soon .

Jolienes place was beautiful! We came for a baseball tournament in new Smyrna that got rained out Saturday. We were able to keep our boys entertained with the beautiful back yard. Can’t wait for the next out of town tournament to come enjoy her home again!

The condo has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Only good things to say about this condo. We have been regular visitors to New Smyrna Beach over the years and this one may be our favorite condo we’ve stayed at. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. The condo is very inviting, the beach is fantastic, the pools are great, the bed and couch are very comfortable, the kitchen is very functional, the decor adds to the nice beach-y feel, towels and beach gear are more than adequate, clean, etc., etc. All good things.

We had an incredible experience! The unit is exactly as described and easy to find. We loved how close it was to the beach. This apartment was stocked with every single thing we needed, from beach gear to cooking necessities. Max and Lukasz were also very responsive. The master bedroom fan was broken and Max came to fix it during the afternoon and had it done within the hour. We will definitely be returning to this Airbnb and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone! Thank you for everything!

Stacey’s place was perfect for a relaxing stay! The neighborhood was quiet, and the quick walk across the street to the beach was super convenient. The bed was really comfortable, and while we didn’t use them, the beach gear in the closet was a nice touch. Great location in NSB!
