Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

It has a large front garden, and fully enclosed back garden which is ideal for dogs and children. There is also a gravelled parking area with plenty of space for vehicles. Itโs a straightforward, comfortable place close to the countryside and local amenities. It is completely private and self-contained. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room/kitchen and is accessed by two large patio doors. A staircase leads to a light and airy bedroom with a king size bed, drawers and a wardrobe. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
