We had a wonderful stay at the Cottage. The view on the lake is simply beautiful, the surroundings perfect for a hike or walk and the house itself very cozy and equipped with everything you need.

The large house with many rooms, large kitchen with large dining room and many toilets, suited us older people well. It was calm and quiet around us with a rural environment.

Everything was just like in the photos. The place was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. Communication with the host was exceptionally friendly and easy-going. We highly recommend this accommodation!

We stayed here for a weekend trip with a group of 15, and the house exceeded our expectations! It was incredibly spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The surrounding area was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. we especially loved the outdoor dining area with lovely tables ideal for enjoying meals together. Highly recommended for larger groups looking for a cozy spot!

Very beautifully located cottage with good floor plan and everything you need. Close to both shops and central Trosa and to nature. Nicoline is a nice and communicative host. There is a TV in one of the lofts that is not listed in the description. Large herds of deer in the area! Up in the loft, many surfaces were unfortunately strangely sticky (maybe from too much detergent?), but it was easily fixed.

We celebrated my mom's 70th birthday there and were very happy! (8 people, all over 20 years old) Private location and amazing environment. Everything was fresh and nice, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. That there were so many toilets and bathrooms was a very big plus for us, all were nice and felt new. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you could need, it was made to accommodate many people, for example 2 Moccamaster, 2 toasters, several grills both gas and charcoal. Large property with plenty of room for games, we appreciated most kubb down by the water and Discgolf/Frisbee golf, there were two goals or whatever it's called. We also used the wood-fired sauna, which was a big hit, there was also a bathing jetty with a ladder if you did not want to swim from the rocks. Highly recommend this accommodation and Cristian as a host. Also want to send a plus to his mom who was the one who showed us around and offered many stories about the place.

We spent great days in this big and clean accommodation, we visited Stockholm and were happy to stay in such comfortable and well shining house. Thanks!

Among the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had! We were ten friends celebrating a birthday, and this house was absolutely perfect for the purpose. Everything was 10/10. The houses are nice and thoughtfully decorated, and we felt at home right away. The kitchen and kitchen island became our natural hangout, where we could both cook and socialize at the same time. In addition, it was perfect sauna hanging, cooking in the outdoor kitchen, drinks in the evening sun at the pool house followed by dinner in the orangery. There was everything and a little more for an unforgettable weekend. Albin and Nina are very nice and easy to deal with. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Thank you for a fabulous stay - we will gladly come back again!

We had a fantastic time at Kira's place. Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful and lots of privacy. Still, close enough to Nyköping and other fine places such as Trosa where we found good restaurants. We made various walks in the many nature reserves in the neighbourhood. The house itself is great, spacious and tastefully designed, with fine views from all rooms and a big garden where you can enjoy the sunny times. The perfect place for a perfect holiday! We had a great stay at Johanna and Jen's house. The house was great and had everything we needed. The house was perfectly located so we could easily go into central Norrköping or Kolmården for a day excursion. Was also popular that the daughter got to borrow the toys - it was extra fun! The pool was used very often and was very easy to manage. Overall a very lovely stay and we can warmly recommend it to others. Thank you!
