Welcome to our house with its own waterfront plot in the Trosa archipelago. You have your own jetty and beach and you can walk the Sörmlandsleden trail that starts about 200 meters from the house. The house has a lovely outdoor shower and is only 20 meters to the jetty and sea swimming. There is also access to fishing and boating. There is the possibility to use the following attractions: Access to a berth is available. Access to sauna raft for a fee. Tour by boat and driver for a fee. Water skiing, wakeboarding and water ring for a fee.

Our beach house gives you the opportunity to stay and enjoy in a unique location, to say the least. You have the plot and the beach to yourselves and it is a dream for sun, swimming and barbecue. The bottom is very shallow, which is suitable for both children and dogs. The beach is also appreciated by canoeists who then have a short paddle to Stendörrens nature reserve. Good transportation with highway all the way to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.
