Our guest cottage with its own entrance from the street, and its own secluded patio, offers fresh and comfortable accommodation close to the center and 1.7 km to Skrea beach. Pizzeria and large grocery store (Coop) 75 m from the door. Approximately 5 min to restaurants and bars in the center and 10-15 min to the beach (on foot). Large free parking right across the street. Wifi included. Now with newly installed air conditioning, 2023. Bed linen or towels are not included, can be rented for 100 SEK/person. There is a duvet and pillow.

Bedroom 1: 2 single bed, bedroom 2: bunk bed (2 seats) and also sofa bed in the living room. In the kitchen there is a stove, fridge, microwave. The cottage belongs to the patio on the South side facing the street, bounded by the apple trees. Please respect that the rest of the property does not belong to the rental. Smoking not allowed.

A fresh, little cottage for 2 people (or for the small family with max 2 children) with a lovely view of the sea, about 7 km from Falkenberg's center and about 600 meters from a large, lovely sandy beach. Also close to the appreciated forest. The cottage is located on a small hill with a lovely sun deck outside and is equipped as follows: a room with fully equipped small kitchenette, dining area, sofa bed and bunk bed and TV, internet connection, small storage space for clothes, bags, etc., shower and toilet.

The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

It is only a short walk from the main train and busstation in Halmstad with easy access to both the beach and the city centre. Very fresh and light studio on the second floor with kitchen, dining table double bed and bed sfa. Exit from the room to own terass withview to west and the foresst and a field. Bath room with shower is on the first floor. Within 5km there is two lakes with beach, 15 min. drive to the sand beaches in Lahoms bay, close to forrests and naturparks. Approx 30 min. drive to Vallåsens skiing resort on Hallandsåsen. A travell bed for babies is avalible.
