Biking distance to the beach 3 km and 5 km to Hallarnas shopping center .Willys grocery store across the street. The nearest neighbor is the Profile hotel where you can have breakfast/ dinner. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with a balcony. On the 5th floor there is a large roof terrace that you can book for a small fee. Hertz car rental is available in the house booked for a small fee

At the back there is a large deck where you see the sun rise. Proximity to lakes with fishing (fishing license needed) and forest, 9km to central Halmstad and 7km to Hallarna where there are also restaurants. If you want to get to the sea, there are several nice beaches within a 15-minute drive. Breakfast can be booked the night before.

Magnus is a great host, and the house was perfect for us. Whenever I return to Halmstad, I'll look for Magnus' house.
