Lovely stay, very cute cats and great neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend. Lots of coffee bars, lunch and dinner places in the area. Super cosy and quiet appartment. Cats are very sweet and cuddly and great to take care of.

We really liked staying in this property. ☺️ Maria was a great host, fast and pleasant communication, she sent us timely and clear instructions to the property and how to enter the property. Everything is as in the pictures, we especially liked the small but very pleasant terrace. There were other apartments around us with other guests who did not really respect the house rules in the building (loud music after 10 pm), but the apartment was very well soundproofed so we did not hear the neighbors inside at all. The location is great, a few minutes walk from the building there are many restaurants and a large shopping center.

We spent an extended weekend in Winfried's apartment - wonderful location in Döbling, very green and quiet. The apartment is very nice and spacious and highly recommended. Winfried was very friendly and personally welcomed us and also gave us very good tips for the area. I found the selection of books in the apartment very interesting.

We are family of 5 that happily stayed at Beni’s beautiful house. My kids love the hot tub, I love the sauna. Very comfy house. It’s walking distance to a restaurant with beautiful view especially the sunset. Highly Recommended!

Everything was wonderful! Martin is an amazing host – he explained everything perfectly. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to use the spa and the pool. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The location is great – the tram is very convenient for getting to any point in the city center.

Very clean and tidy. A little far out of the city so if you want to walk, bear that in mind. Easy to reach via public transport though which is a bonus. Katalin was very friendly and helpful throughout. Because it’s in the suburbs it is a bit more peaceful and less noisy so that’s also good! I would have liked a kettle but managed to boil water in a pan to make tea. Overall, I’d recommend it is as somewhere to stay.

A charming, clean apartment with all kinds of utensils. Excellent connections to the city center, in about 10 minutes you are in the center. Supermarket, McDonalds, pizzeria between 2 and 5 minutes walk and everything you could need. The host is charming and if you have any questions, he answers super fast and kindly. Highly recommended for enjoying this magnificent city!

We enjoyed this large apartment. It has all the comforts to spend a few days. We leave by bike rested and happy with our stay in Vienna. The apartment is outside the city center but 5 minutes from the tram that leads to the center in 30 minutes. There is a small supermarket 5 minutes away, very convenient. The apartment is well-equipped, very large for 2 people. The bed is extremely comfortable. Josef is very available and responded very quickly to any questions we had. I would recommend this property and would be happy to come back.
