Welcome in HAUS SWANHILD! Opened in March 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated next to its "sister house", HAUS THEDA, in a garden district nearby the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by a nice, open gallery space and a kombined kitchen dining and living room. Our cozy and lovingly furnished apartment was completely renovated in 2023. It is located in the center of Schleswig-Holstein in direct proximity to the forest. The Kiel Canal and the Eider are only 3 km away. From our apartment you can take great excursions on foot, by bike or by car. The Baltic Sea can be reached within half an hour and the North Sea is a good hour away. The property is completely fenced and is in a secluded location.

Our maritime, hygge apartment is located in the attic of a historic building in Rendsburg's old town. The marina, attractions, shopping street, restaurants, cafes and shopping are very close. For your excursions between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, you have a nice starting point here. Flensburg, Schleswig and Kiel are quickly accessible by public transport or car. The train station is about 10 minutes away on foot.

Nice apartment in a quiet location

Ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours near Schleswig! Located between Schlei and Hüttener Bergen - each only about 5 km away. The Selker Noor with its own swimming area is only 3.4 km away, and the Viking village of Haitabu, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also very close, as are Gottorf Castle, Schleswig Cathedral and the harbor. It is also only 20 km to Eckernförde Bay!
