Our apartment is the perfect retreat for families looking to unwind and relax in a peaceful and tranquil setting.

City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. Welcome to Casa Flora, our family-friendly Istrian home in Novigrad. The house is 3-minutes’ walk from the (ecologically certified) green beach, local grocery stores, restaurants & kid’s playground. No car needed! You will have the entire house (110 sq. m.) for yourself: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living room - all recently renovated, accommodating up-to six guests. Relaxing on the kiwi-shaded front porch or amidst the two gardens will make you want to never leave.

Two parking spaces are available for free (tandem parking - your cars parked one in front of the other). The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

The apartment is located directly by the sea near the old town center. It is located on the first floor and consists of one bedroom, a kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. Guests have at their disposal a fully equipped kitchen, SAT-TV, air conditioning, WiFi, bed linen and towels. The terrace is shared, but each apartment has a separate corner on it.
