Entire apartment in a typical colonial house of Ouro Preto, in the historic center, excellent location, just 150 meters from Tiradentes Square, on the 1st floor (one flight of stairs), with an area of 56 square meters plus a terrace of 36 square meters. The apartment has 1 suite, 1 bedroom, 1 social bathroom, a private terrace, super king bed or single bed 1m, 200 thread count sheets, hot and cold air-conditioning, hairdryer, smart TV, table with stools, mini pantry with sink, microwave, air fryer, electric coffee maker and minibar.

Your family will be close to everything, restaurants and nightclubs, schooner and buggy rides, a 5-minute walk to the main shops on Rua das Pedras, and have the convenience of walking to the main beaches or, if you wish, taking a taxi boat… when you stay with us. We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse.
