APARTMENT WITH MAGIC ⭐️ SEA VIEWS🌅

This lovely appartement has just been renovated (with new beds/mattresses). Perfect location: You can't be nearer the beach, it is just across the street! There is also an outdoor playground on the seafront where your children will be able to have a lot of fun. It is on the 3rd floor so you will enjoy the magical ocean view. The large balcony is well equiped with an outdoor sofa and armchairs where you can have a drink, read a book or just relax. An outdoor table and chairs are also provided.

Small garden house easy for a rest time! This little house in our garden is ideal to spend some time to unwind. It has a small kitchen/dining room, a small living room with sofa bed, a shower and a separate toilet. It is located 400m from the beach, 200m from the forest and 100m from all amenities (bakery, pharmacy...). Everything is done on foot or by bike! We will be delighted to host you:).

Beautiful house for a family of 4 and a dog. House a few hundred meters from the beach through the forest. Very central for the region and stroll between Noirmoutier and the Vendee. Very functional and charming house. The communication with Liz went very well. Recommended for a week's vacation!

We highly recommend it! The apartment is perfect for a few days as a couple. Very clean, very well equipped kitchen. The 2 bikes available, a real plus! Free parking right next to the apartment. In low season it was very quiet. Bakery and some restaurants at the end of the street. Nadine responds very quickly to messages and was flexible on the departure time as there was no booking after us.

A wide promenade extends alongside the beach, lined with residential buildings in a coastal setting. People can be seen walking along the pathway, while bicycles are parked nearby. The blue sky features a few scattered clouds, contributing to a serene atmosphere.

Very well located apartment facing the ocean and its beach, quiet, no need to take your car to get to the village and close to the forest for beautiful walks.

I'm so happy with my stay at Charlotte's. The apartment is in a very good location (close to the city center, beach, horseback riding, etc.). The furniture is really high quality for an Airbnb. Nothing is missing. The environment is very quiet and the beach is really close by. Charlotte is friendly and attentive. Just like Sandrine who manages the logistics. Thanks to both of you. We'll be happy to go back!
