Very nice apartment ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. Faces the sea with large balcony facing southwest. Second floor without elevator access. Equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need. A very nice bathroom with Italian shower. For the sleeping area, I chose a high-end sofa bed that ensures a comfortable bed and a very comfortable double bed in the sleeping area. Direct beach access without roads to cross. Close to the nautical base, thalassotherapy, golf.

Upstairs a large bedroom with a queen bed and a sea view balcony, a bedroom with 3 beds, a bathroom with wc, an umbrella bed, a high chair. Linen is not provided in the duplex.
