The apartment is centrally located in Rjukan in a residential area, with a short distance to the mountains and several attractions. NOTE: own prices for linen/mockings and final cleaning. There is a sunny terrace facing west with outdoor furniture in summer. Indoors there are 2 bedrooms and toilet rooms and a large bathroom upstairs on the 2nd floor. On the main level there is the entrance, living room, dining room and kitchen. You can park up to 2 cars on the side of the apartment.

Bedroom 4 is small and has a door to the outside. You may have to go through bedroom 3 to get to the rest of the apartment. The patio with paving stones and lawn is at the same level as the floor inside. Access via stairs in the terrain from the parking lot on the property. Perfect distance to the university and city center with suitable walking distance and nice hiking opportunities.

Put on your hiking boots and walk direct onto the hiking track and use kyststien. New 65 inchTV and high speed internet. When outside, there is noticeable traffic passing by.

Løvheim - Unique experience with peace

Løvheim stands by itself on a watch inside the woods. However, it is bright and has an exceptional view of Skrimfjella. Løvheim has a distinctive character and has many great details outside and inside with, among other things, wood carving details. Accommodates 6 persons. There is a road all the way. In winter, the last hill is best negotiated with a four-wheel drive, but usually without any problems regardless.

Nice and cozy, close to nature and Ski Resorts.

Leiligheten har egen inngang i en del av mitt hus. Den er koselige innredet med hytte stil. Det er en privat terasse oppe og delt hage/uteområde nede. Stedet har turmuligheter rett utenfor døren og kun 15 minutter til både fjell og by, bademuligheter om sommeren og ski om vinteren.
