Patio with paving stone and lawn located is on the same level as the floor inside. Access via off-road staircase from the car park on the property. Perfect distance to the university and city center with suitable walking distance and nice hiking opportunities.

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity, wood for firing and cleaning. Newly renovated plinth apartment in a farm house. We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the upstairs apartment on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita cabin in sunny farmhouse") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great view of Totak and the mountains. 5 min to drive to the city centre with shops and driven cross country trails. 10 min to the ski centers. Great WIFI. Great summer hiking opportunities. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

Apartment near the university, in a high basement.

NOTE: on Sundays, we have check-in after 6:00 p.m. The apartment has its own entrance, kitchen/living room, large bathroom and bedroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed. The kitchen has a dishwasher and is equipped with basic cooking utensils. Pillows and duvets are provided, while linens and towels are rented for an additional fee. Suitable for two single students or a small family. It's a little noisy in the house so you have to be prepared for that. But we're pretty peaceful, especially on weekdays.

Cozy apartment close to Gaustatoppen. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and duvets and pillows in all beds. There is also access to a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people. The apartment has a glazed porch with direct views of Gaustatoppen and Kvitåvatn. There is a private parking space in the parking garage under the apartment complex. Short distance to all amenities at Gaustablikk. Has been maintenance on the building this summer, but they are done now. Laundry can be ordered for NOK 450.
