Very nice apartment, comfortable and above all quiet. Equipped with all the comforts. Andrea immediately proved to be an available and clear Host in the directions, very easy to check in and check out. Also recommended for those who bring their four-legged friend on vacation. I hope to find it free when I want to come back for another vacation.

Fabrizio and Paola were very available during our trip. The apartment is lovely and equipped with everything you need there and the location is very central. We had a great time there.

A snowy path is lined by trees, with a gentle incline leading into the woods. Footprints and ski tracks are visible in the fresh snow, indicating recent activity. A wooden fence runs along the side of the path, framing the serene winter landscape.

We stayed in 2 adults and 3 children/boys, the spaces are adequate, there is everything you need, from large closets to new appliances. Pros: The well-equipped kitchen, with a availability of dishes for two meals allowed us to do less washing in the spacious dishwasher. Cozy, warm and bright house. Clear directions, check-in, and garbage management with door-to-door collection. Close to the center of Lavarone and the shops/restaurants within walking distance. A technical inconvenience to the fireplace (announced by Sofia a few weeks before) was not a problem: when we return next time we will also use the fireplace for an even more mountain atmosphere. Cons: Some points near the windows suffer from condensation, causing small drops on the ground, but it is due to the building with the walls not insulated. Sofia and Belanov are recommended hosts! Thank you for your hospitality, see you soon!

Laura was a very friendly and helpful host. Check-in was flexible and we were given lots of recommendations for walks nearby. The apartment itself was great and matched the description and photos accurately. As it is an attic room the roof is low and slanted but still a good space and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

We had a nice stay in Ischia. Monica and Giordano respond very quickly and think along with your questions. Friendly people and offer a well-kept accommodation.

Extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating host both for check-in/out and for requests made about the house before and during the stay. Very nice apartment, compliant with the photos and description, tidy and well stocked for a comfortable stay. The only note, the third double bedroom (with a private bathroom) is beyond the terrace, which in the winter season is a bit uncomfortable. In our case, however, there were 5 of us and a single bed was previously added inside the house, demonstrating Andrea's attention to guests. Excellent experience.
