Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Northern Cyprus

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was a great size, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool was great and there was plenty of much needed shade throughout the day, as well as sunny areas. The living area was comfortable and spacious and as a keen cook, I found the kitchen to be really well equipped, it had everything we needed. Our host was fantastic, he couldn’t have been more helpful, he was on hand to deal with any issues but never intrusive. We loved the welcome goodies provided for us, that was a lovely and generous surprise. We’d definitely return to the villa if we come back to this area in the future.

First of all, we were very pleased with the attention of the host Yunus Emre. We were able to reach him easily whenever we needed and he was very helpful. We had no problems finding the house and checking in. The house was as it appeared in the images; it was peaceful, sweet and comfortable. Its proximity to the sea, beaches and Yiğitler Market also provided a great advantage in terms of location. Both the comfort and location of the house pleased us very much. We would like to thank Yunus Emre, the host, who made us feel at home.

The villa is in a great location close to Turtle Bay and Konnos Beach. It is well equipped for families and my grandchildren loved the pool and the play area. Lambros, the owner was always available and keen to make our stay enjoyable.

The house is in a very advantageous location for those coming for vacation. One of the biggest advantages is that it is only 3-4 minutes by car to the Merit Hotels area. The house was extremely clean, carefully furnished and quite comfortable. Everything you might need in the kitchen and bathroom was thought of; all household appliances and personal care products were complete. During our stay, we experienced a sudden water outage around 11:30 p.m. We were worried about having problems at such an hour, but the host Ms. Beyhan quickly resolved the situation. It was really admirable that he came with his team and intervened late at night. Thanks to this approach, we were always at ease. Overall, we were very satisfied with the house and the host's attention. We recommend it with peace of mind.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this place! The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Our host truly went above and beyond- not only did they help us navigate some local challenges with our dietary restrictions, but they also provided thoughtful extras for our young baby, which made a big difference. The location was ideal, with a large supermarket and several smaller ones nearby, making shopping super convenient. It’s also a 25 minute walk to the border. We especially loved the lemon tree in the garden- fresh lemons for homemade lemonade were such a treat! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, and a washing machine in the place too. Both bedrooms had air conditioning, which kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, the host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful -we truly felt cared for. We recommend this place.

House was very clean, full of complimentary snacks, lots of cleaning products ,great view of the mountains, very peaceful and host was very responsive to any unexpected issues we had and we would definitely stay there again..

Seascape Villa is a fantastic place to stay! The pool is just beautiful (although a little bit fresh by the end of October!) and the view of the Kyrenia mountains is mesmerising. The villa is really comfortable and well equipped and the owners live locally & are available to help if needed.

We were very pleased with the place and the host. Everything was clean and beautiful, the apartment is equipped with everything you need. The view of the sea was a great experience every morning. The location is great, by car you need 5 min to the beach and on foot you can walk the whole street, on every corner there are great restaurants, cafes and much more. Onsel is a very accommodating and kind host. He was always available and very helpful. He also gave us great local tips. We felt totally comfortable and would definitely come back.

Amazing apartment, stunning views, over and above most airbnb places I’ve stayed at. Locations is perfect for local beaches and restaurants. Cant wait to stay again.

A family vacation with a fully equipped apartment. There was everything you needed. Shopping can be reached either on foot or by car in a short time. You can lie in the complex at different pools. There are also 2 restaurants within walking distance that you can only recommend. Pebble beach is also very quickly within walking distance. A large roof terrace with barbecue invites you to linger in the evening hours.

Highly recommended! I had a great time at this thoughtfully designed, spotless studio in a newly built complex. It felt like home, thanks in large part to Monica’s helpful, proactive, and clear guidance. The property features a lovely pool, beach access, and a well-equipped gym. There's a supermarket just around the corner, and it's a perfect base for exploring Northern Cyprus. I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay.

We stayed at the house for 2 nights. The house was extremely clean and tidy. Everything we needed was available in the house. We didn't need to buy anything extra from outside. It was quite easy to check in and out. Especially the neighborhood felt very decent and safe. Mr. Hüseyin was very interested from the beginning to the end. It was a nice experience. There is a quota for electricity, I think 4 euros per day. It was quite sufficient. Although we constantly ran the air conditioning due to the heat, we were well below the quota. Thanks for everything.

The apartment was lovely and in a great location with an on-site bar/restaurant. The pool was fantastic and was quiet and relaxing. Can’t fault the hosts. Always responsive and provided clear instructions on arrival. You do need a car to get around but that’s the same anywhere you stay in the North. Would definitely stay again!

We had a very nice family holiday between June 18 and June 23. The host Mr. Hasan was a great host. No matter what time it was, he immediately responded to our questions and provided solutions. We said that there was no teapot to brew tea, the indispensable drink of the Turkish people, and they brought it the same day. I swear, what can I say, such a move was a very royal move. The location of the house is very close to the pool, the sea, everywhere you will shop, and the site is very safe. Everything was available and very clean at home. I had some hesitation because my wife was obsessed with cleaning, but my wife and I were incredibly pleased. We plan to go again next year. We thank Mr. Hasan very, very much...

Peaceful and pleasant accommodation 🌅 The view was really impressive; waking up in the morning and looking out the window made a calm and beautiful start to the day. The host was quick and kind in communication. The house offered everything we needed in a simple and orderly way. The cleanliness was very good and the overall atmosphere was quite comfortable. It was a comfortable experience, thank you! I recommend everyone with peace of mind!

The house is nice, older than it looks in the photos, there is a construction site nearby and during the day there is noise, in terms of location everything is within walking distance and the owners really came to us during check-in and check-out, the communication was excellent and we enjoyed our stay in the apartment

We come to Cyprus twice a year and can say without a doubt this is one of my favourite places to stay. The location is excellent - beautiful sea views, a lawn that makes you feel like you are in a multi million dollar villa on the water, comfy beds, great kitchen. Local restaurants are great (special mention to Bakers Arms and Tulum). Marina is extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is centrally located, but pleasantly quiet. Description and pictures are perfect. The host was available at all times and very helpful. We had a very nice stay and would be happy to come back!

Awesome place to stay! I stayed a month and still was awed by the view every morning! Very roomy, yet cozy with wood stove. Netflix , YouTube & WiFi never failed! Very secure building ( locked at night) & a double bolt door to the flat. Quiet building & clean & quiet neighborhood, always felt safe. Flat was immaculately clean, has rainfall shower, and bed was extremely comfortable. Nice little balcony too. And the huge dressing room/closet is every woman’s dream! Vas was very responsive to requests, friendly, & checked in via text often to see if I needed anything which I really appreciated. On top of all the above was the live-in host- Mr. Hero 🐈‍⬛- the sweetest, cuddliest cat ever! He has a great personality! He definitely adds the sense of home. Nothing better than having him meet u at the door with purrs after a day of sightseeing and then cuddling up for a good nights sleep. I hope to return to Cyprus & definitely would like to stay at Mr Hero’s , oops I mean Vas’ , flat again

Cemal and his daughter Shanel are excellent hosts. Their place is exactly as described in pics and within close proximity to shopping facilities, cafes, restaurants, beaches and historical sites. Great communication and very responsive. Highly recommended.

Everything perfect ! location not too far from city centre, huge terrace

It was one of the greatest experience. The apartment was very comfortable and right in the best location. I Will give 10/10 feedback. From booking to staying and leaving everything was very smooth and easy. Ozi was a great host, he offered me flexibility in checking in and out. He also gave me one extra night to stay as my schedule was a bit changed in the same booking. Check in was easy, and both rooms were clean , comfortable and spacious. Apartment was clean and perfect for a family. I like how it is decorated. The location is beautiful and near to markete around. All major attractions are close and walkable. Downstairs is clib that is also amazing. Check out was also flexible and comfortable. Ozi himself is very quick to respond and he did all what I needed. Definitely I would recommend to everyone else and would come again. One of my best experiences.
