Ms. Alexandra was very friendly and caring. The house was like in the photos. It was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was considered. A choice where you can stay comfortably.

The location of the house was central and it was very clean. The host was very attentive, gave us all the information we needed before check-in, and we were able to reach him when we needed. I'd choose it again.

We come to Cyprus twice a year and can say without a doubt this is one of my favourite places to stay. The location is excellent - beautiful sea views, a lawn that makes you feel like you are in a multi million dollar villa on the water, comfy beds, great kitchen. Local restaurants are great (special mention to Bakers Arms and Tulum). Marina is extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Had a great two weeks in Dominika's apartment. It's just two minutes walk from UCLAN cyprus which is where my daughter is studying and who we were visiting. Pyla is a small village but we hired a car and visited Aiya Napa, Protoras, Lefkara, Limosol and Nicosia. The pool is lovely. It's a very quiet location. The balcony is a sun trap. Comfey beds and welll equipped apartments. The Happy Nest is a lovely local place to eat.

The home was located very centrally. We did a lot of our work on foot. It also had a parking lot. It was a very spacious apartment. It was a much nicer house than the photos with two toilets and a huge balcony. The house also got full marks for cleanliness. The sheets, bathrooms and toilets were very clean. Everything we needed was available in the house. We didn't use it, but it was the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen. Since there is a 4-way socket at home, we did not have any incompatible socket problems. Mr. Murat was helpful with everything. Despite the delay, he welcomed us at home. As long as we stayed in Cyprus, I received very quick answers when I asked for advice about the city. And thanks to his advice, we handled some of our work quickly and safely. We thank him for everything, and we would like to be his guest again.

We had a fantastic 7-day stay! Christos was an excellent host—very responsive from the moment we inquired, with clear communication before and during the trip. He provided detailed info to help us find the apartment easily and even guided us to an affordable airport transfer, which we used for both arrival and departure. Christos checked in regularly, answered all our questions promptly, and helped us quickly resolve a small issue. The apartment was clean, well-equipped with kitchen utensils and extra bedding, and perfect for our group with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. A 24-hour shop just a minute away was super convenient, and the location is only a 10-minute walk to the start of the strip—ideal for our plans. Great value, great location, and an even better host. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was clean, big and had everything we needed. Our host Teri helped us when we needed and gave us some recommendations for restaurants and beaches which was very helpful and also arranged a transfer to and from the airport. Great stay.

We stayed at Athena’s place for 3 weeks, and it’s absolutely one of the best places we have ever stayed at, it feels like home away from home, apartment has all amenities, and the large balcony with beautiful view was perfect. Athena was a wonderful host who helped and stayed in touch throughout our stay. Apartment is located up on a small hill on outskirts of town, but found a shortcut that made the walk only 10 mins down to town. Tip: One thing we found helpful was to order groceries/water etc on Wolt delivered direct to the main gate so we did not have to carry that up hill. Can definitely recommend, and would stay again!

Great communication and great place to stay

It is an ideal place for those who want to live not far from the Nissi beach. The house is clean and cosy. There is everything for comfortable living. Each bedroom has its’ own bathroom. Huge terrace. Gary answered all our questions, very polite communication. Will be glad to come back here again!

The apartment is a 'Home from home' Anything you could possibly want is available. The security of the property is excellent which gave us confidence to leave our valuables. Its an ideal location if you don't like being disturbed by noise. The view from the balcony is lovely and you can watch the sun go down in the evening on comfortably furniture. The pool is beautiful and quiet, most often we were the only people there. Plenty of sunbeds and its clean and tidy. We will definitely be booking to go back next year

We have just returned home from a 17 night stay in Paris’ apartment in Protaras. The apartment is exactly as described and super clean. It had everything we needed to cook from home and the BBQ was definitely a bonus for us as we used it nearly every night. The apartment is located only 10-15mins walk from all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful beaches! It’s perfectly placed away from the noisy resort but close enough to be able to walk back and forth. Paris is an amazing host and nothing is too much trouble. Checking in and out was easy and we were accommodated, even with our very early flight time. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it

We can't describe how amazing this apartment is. Must say the photos don't do it the justice. It is much nicer than it looks on them. Very clean. Well equiped. Nice and quiet neighborhood. 10 mins walk from Nissi beach. Close to waterpark. We spent a great holiday there. Will definitely return!
