Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Northern Cyprus

The villa is in a great location close to Turtle Bay and Konnos Beach. It is well equipped for families and my grandchildren loved the pool and the play area. Lambros, the owner was always available and keen to make our stay enjoyable.

Nibel is a great host who always gladly helps and recommends anything. Her house is beautiful, clean, and very spacious, we immediately fell in love with it here! Every day we had fresh, huge, and juicy lemons from the garden, as well as other fruits. The surroundings of the house are very quiet and peaceful, with a view directly to the fascinating ghost town - Varosha which is just across the road. Also there are very friendly and kind neighbours! 😊 Definitely recommend this place!

The villa was beautiful. We have stayed in the area before, so we knew where everything was. We hired a car and had a look around the area as well as using the supermarkets. We loved the sunshine and the pool area! Marios was really helpful and answered any questions we had promptly. A great host and we will look to stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this place! The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Our host truly went above and beyond- not only did they help us navigate some local challenges with our dietary restrictions, but they also provided thoughtful extras for our young baby, which made a big difference. The location was ideal, with a large supermarket and several smaller ones nearby, making shopping super convenient. It’s also a 25 minute walk to the border. We especially loved the lemon tree in the garden- fresh lemons for homemade lemonade were such a treat! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, and a washing machine in the place too. Both bedrooms had air conditioning, which kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, the host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful -we truly felt cared for. We recommend this place.

Vila Santa Firenze in Ayia Thekla is a very complete holiday accommodation! With a nice swimming pool, seats in front and behind the house and a reasonably spacious house, it is fine to stay there. Upon arrival we were surprised by a more than full basket of all kinds of food, also a stocked fridge and more than enough other stuff not to have to go to a supermarket right away for eating the first day(s)! The house has all the necessary necessities to cook, wash and stay! The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood, within 5 minutes you are on the beach and by car the local supermarket is also reached in a few minutes (on foot about 25 minutes walk). A car is advisable to explore the island, public transport also stops close to the house. Svetlana responds particularly quickly to sent messages, unfortunately we did not see her personally to thank her. A perfect recommendation for a wonderful vacation!

We’ve just returned from a week staying at this property. We were visiting family who live nearby. The house is beautiful and spacious and located really close to everything in Nicosia. The house is comfortable with everything you could need whilst staying there. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future.

The flat is in a quiet area, ideal for getting a good night’s rest, and it looks exactly like it does in the photos. The views from this villa are absolutely stunning! If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful mountain retreat with a big, clean pool then this is a perfect spot. Sunsets and sunrises can be seen from the porches and the property is surrounded by beauty. The gardens are also well kept and beautiful! We ate most meals on the front porch to enjoy the view. The house is very spacious and perfect for a large group. The beds are large (which is usually hard to find) and the living room has lots of comfortable seating and a large dining area. Our host was very kind, responsive, and attentive to our needs! He takes good care of his property and is always available to help when needed. He sent us lots of good local recommendations. The house is also close to Turtle beach, and only 9 minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. I definitely recommend this house as a perfect vacation spot for families!

A perfect spot (with a pool) near restaurants, a cafe, a beach and a casino. The host reacted brilliantly to my last minute change of plan/booking.

Firstly, the friendliness of everybody we met in Cyprus was noticeable. Everyone went above and beyond and as a tourist abroad you really felt appreciated and that they wanted to share their beautiful country with you. The apartment complex has multiple buildings and we felt safe and comfortable all the time we were there. 3 pools to choose from and all nice and no running for sunbeds! Water was quite cold in April for our children but they were old enough to lay in the sun or play cards etc. Hot summer weather the water would be a relief no doubt. A short walk to pubs and restaurants and the food is at times incredible. Fresh and full of flavour. Great coffee shop close by when you need that extra kick too. You can get a bus (102) a short walk away that will take you through Penera and on to Protaras which has loads of choice of bars and restaurants and is livelier in the evenings, really cheap on the OSEA bus too. Bolt taxi service also runs locally from the app too.

The location was beautiful. It was a clean and well-maintained house. The host was quick to answer all our questions. We will choose the same place for our next trip to the same region.

Great host so helpful and gave clear check-in information. Great location, love the use of the pools especially the roof top one! Apartment was well equipped and very comfortable, I slept soundly every night and will definitely like to stay again :)

Indeed, I did not expect this much, but when I first arrived, I kept Hamit in the village and it can't be as big as the house of Ali, brother the same money is keeping the prices affordable, both in the heart of the bazaar and if you come into the house close to everywhere, everything was great up to the details, thank you Mr. Ali, we were very satisfied, our next address will be your home all the time, thank you, have a good day, good day.

Very comfortable, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to 2 markets and a nice cafe. A great place to stay!

"Dear Ms. Olena, Overall, our stay in your apartment in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus was very enjoyable. The location of the apartment and the area it was in was really great. We also liked a lot of things about cleanliness; the towels and sheets were very clean. However, we had a few minor issues. There were some shortcomings in the interior cleanliness of the apartment and some areas had not been cleaned. Also the dishwasher was not working so we had to wash some items by hand. And, one day, when I was in another city and my son was alone in the apartment, our door was knocked. My son was scared and didn't open the door. The man said, “There is a camera, turn it on.” My son reached out to me by phone and I gave my phone to that gentleman. The man called me and made comments to me like "Ms. Olena didn't let us know such a thing, how does she rent?". I think it was a hotel employee. This was quite uncomfortable for my son. If this happens, if we had been informed before, it might feel more comfortable to ensure our safety

Burkan is a good guy. He met us in the city and we went into the house together. The house itself is very beautiful and spacious, with a roof terrace. There was an incident with the shower, but it seems Burkan and I understood each other and agreed on everything. I was glad to meet you, we'll be happy to stop by again.
