Mr. Kivanc was caring and helpful. We had issues with the cleanliness of the house, but when we gave him this feedback, he said he would take care of it to fix it.

This property is a beautiful, calming retreat in Ilgaz, which is a must visit. The property: Spotless, modern and feels spacious for a two bed. the floor to ceiling windows and that balcony are a delight to wake up to in the morning. The beds where comfy and the showers are fantastic. The area: the apartment complex is really well maintained, including the pool. lots of friendly cats and dogs. Beautiful scenery, wildlife and such a quaint village makes you feel relaxed. The host: I can't thank Bruno enough. He provided detailed guides about the property and area. His responsiveness and friendlyness was hugely appreciated. The local area: A car is recommended to explore, however Ilgaz has 5-6 lovely eateries a walk away. Bruno is supported locally by Mehmet who was again super friendly, warm and accommodating. He was on hand to help with a variety of things. Thanks so much for such a wonderful stay. hope I get to come back soon.

The place is wonderful, very nice hosts. The apartment is definitely worth its money. We had problems with hot water, but the owner helped to solve them quickly. The only disadvantage is that the lights were turned off several times and it was impossible to work. If you work, it is better to buy a local SIM card (not sold nearby - only in cities and on weekdays). It is definitely necessary to rent a car, even to buy food. There is a shop and a pharmacy nearby, but the prices are much higher than in the city, and the choice is smaller. The beach is rocky, when the waves are, it is better not to swim. There are several nice swimming pools on the property. A wonderful beach (Alagadi) is 10-15 minutes away by car. We went there every weekend, it's very nice there. In general, we are satisfied, thank you

Everything went great, from check-in to our departure. The place is clean, close to nice restaurants and beach, walking distance.

The house was very well decorated and located in a quiet and peaceful complex. Every kind of essential item had been thoughtfully provided. The beach, pool, and all amenities were available and nearby. We were very comfortable during our stay. Communication with the host was very quick and attentive. We would consider staying again in this or another of Jure’s properties in the future, thanks to his hospitality.

We experienced good communication with Stefan before and throughout our stay. We loved the apartment, especially the view from the rooftop terrace. However, the view from the living room terrace was a bit interfered by a newly (still empty) established construction site. The place was cosy and well-equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning was very efficient which we appreciated due to the warm weather. The nearby restaurant served excellent food, and the gym/spa facilities were great. We did struggle a bit with commuting between the Turkish and Greek parts of the island in a rented car, but that was due to our lack of preparation😄

A spacious apartment, ideal for a family. Three large bedrooms and big living area. The pool is just outside and is a good size. There is a supermarket at the entrance to complex but you really need a car to explore the island.

Rebecca's place was beautiful. It was our second time at Thallassa Resort and we find it such a nice tranquil community that's great for children of all ages. The accommodation was beautiful, thank you so much for sharing your home with us x

Everything was great. The owners were super friendly, check in check out was easy, the facility was great and the view teracce is really nice.

I was very comfortable in this house where I stayed with my family for a week. The location is really nice. Since it is already in the hotel, you can use all the facilities. This was a great comfort. The hotel is a place that deserves the price I rented. The hotel is very nice. We swam and had fun in the 4000 square meter pool. The restaurants are also affordable, not very expensive. We ate there. It is close in terms of transportation. It is easy to get everywhere by car. The only problem is the mosquitoes, but that is not the host's fault. If I go again I am very pleased that I can definitely choose it. Of course, the house had some shortcomings, but it was not an intolerable shortcoming. The house is very comfortable, all the details were considered. Microwave oven, iron, washing machine, materials were also provided. I was very pleased. The linens need to be reworked and washed. I don't think so. Everything else was perfect. The host also helped with the check-in by detailing it very well. We had a nice holiday. Thank you very much.

As soon as we entered the house, a chili greeted us with my husband. We pulled the seats to catch him and the whole place is very runway. However, you also get 150 Euros and cleaning money, but I think it doesn't. There's a lot of broken space in the house.

The house was beyond perfect, 20 minutes from the quiet traffic and chaos away from the center, but it was also close to the neighborhoods with grocery stores and beautiful restaurants, so you can choose this place if you want nature and sea silence.

Recommend to all who will be staying. Kitchen equipment, iron, hair dryer, clothes dryer, every need was considered. The surrounding grocery stores were very adequate and affordable. There was even an indoor pool and a fitness room. It was a hotel-quality stay experience. We are very satisfied. We will be back as soon as possible.

We had a wonderful stay at Stian’s villa! The house is spacious, clean, and very well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. The highlight for us was definitely the private pool—it’s beautifully maintained and surrounded by peaceful nature, making it perfect for both relaxing and enjoying the sun in privacy. The location felt very safe and quiet, yet it was still close enough to explore the nearby area easily. The villa had everything we needed, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Stian was a great host—very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was smooth and respectful, and we felt genuinely welcomed. We’d absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a calm and comfortable stay, and we’re already hoping to come back in the future!
