Enjoy your private deck over the shared garden with hammock and H/C outdoor shower. Bus and train nearby with ample on-street parking.

The apartment is a short walk to public transit to airport and downtown MAX line. GREAT FOR: Couples or individuals looking for a quite relaxing stay. Unusually quiet and private for Portland. No neighbor's windows looking into apartment, or outdoor patio space. NOT FOR LOUD PEOPLE/ GROUPS: Only mature, respectful guests to stay in my home.

I live in the Richmond neighborhood & am located 1 block from 37th & Division Street, which is surrounded by great restaurants & shops. My home is a 1910 Bungalow & I’ve owned it for 30 years. The studio cottage is located in an east Portland neighborhood bordering the city of Gresham. It is close to public transport (near a MAX light rail station), the airport and outdoor activities (the Columbia Gorge; Mt Hood) and is a 20-30 min drive to downtown. It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
