The cottage is off by itself so you can enjoy your seclusion, but we live about 200 feet away so we can assist you if you need us. Outside, we have a fire ring with firewood, grill, outdoor seating, and beautiful view. We DO NOT have TV/internet, or WiFi, although most phones get service. There is a small kitchenette but there is NO oven/stove. We DO have a toaster oven, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot Keurig, coffee pods, and bottled water.

We definitely enjoyed the beautiful cabin and grounds, as well as the Pool Table, Slot Machine, Golden Tee Golf Game, Theater Room, Hot Tub, and all the other amenities. The beautiful Peacocks and Cats were also great to see. The Scavenger Hunt was enjoyed by all our guests. Alan and Laura were very responsive to our needs and are great hosts. The cabin was well stocked with anything we needed and we had a great time.

We had a great stay at Molly’s place on the farm! I had a working construction crew in the area, and her place was perfect for our needs. Molly went above and beyond to accommodate us—she even added a rollaway bed so one extra guy could stay comfortably. And thank you for the awesome zucchini bread and eggs!! This is the 3rd time we have stayed at The Lodge-it never disappoints. The amenities are plentiful, the view beautiful and the host is readily available. The Lodge on the Hill is highly recommended.
