Nearby is the garden that is fenced to leave your animals free or even as a safe area for children. The comforts of men's or women's bathrooms, shower and hot, cold and snack dispenser inside the Dance Studio to be shared with other guests. All in a setting of a small and quiet Marche village like Camerata Picena.

Esterel C34 folding caravan fixed in the garden indoors, renovated in 2019. Sheet bags/sleeping bags/personal sheets are required. Comfortable and fun for trying out the camping experience. Sleeps four in total, three adults and one child up to 12 years old. The double bed and single bed are transformed into comfortable dinettes for breakfast and meals. A bathroom is available in the house with a sink, shower, toilet and bidet.
