I offer venetian-styled triple rooms with a private bathroom ensuite in the heart of Venice (7 minutes away from San Marco/Rialto bridge) in a typical guesthouse from 17th century. All rooms are on the upper floors and there is no elevator. The checkin takes place from 15 - 19 o'clock (from 19 to 21 o'clock at an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock). The local city tax of 3€ pppn is not included in the room price. From April to end of September we offer a breakfast in our alley (8,00€ pp).

Breakfast on request and if possible, otherwise this accommodation can only be offered without meals for 2-5 persons.

The Pini room, located in San Pietro di Cadore, offers 25 sqm of space and can accommodate up to 3 people. During your stay, you have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom at your disposal. The bathroom, reserved exclusively for guests of the Pini room, is located outside the room and can be reached by crossing a hallway shared with other guests. The room has internal access via three steps, a private TV, and a balcony with mountain views.
