Selvabella is a farmhouse situated in the heart of Tuscany, half way between Greve and Panzano in Chianti. Just 35 km from Florence and Siena it is a perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Chianti. Il Riccio is an apartment of 45 m². It has a double bedroom with AC, a living-room/bedroom with two sofas/ single beds and equipped with a tower fan, a large bathroom and a kitchenette (fridge, sink, small oven and 2 burners gasfire). The parking lot and garden, on the other hand, are shared with us ;) There are no other guests in the property.

The big and bright double room, recently renovated, is located in one of the most fascinating points of the area that overlooks the town. The terrace gives an amazing 180° view and during winter it is possible to enjoy the view of the illuminated Nativity scene of Manarola from an exclusive and quiet position. Solea is only few minutes far from boutiques, restaurants and the seaside. Private parking available by request.
