Welcome to the lake Garda! The B&B Locus Amoenus is a historic former rectory building dating from the XVII century. With its newly renovated interior, you can enjoy both the stunning 16th century exterior with a modern and comfortable interior, therefore giving you the most rewarding stay. The friendly and quiet atmosphere will allow you to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation. One night’s stay includes breakfast (with homemade cakes), bedding and towels a housekeeping service (cleaning of room) and wi-fi. A third guest can stay for 21 euro. Breakfast will be served by Gabriella and Silvia in the tavern or in the garden under the shade of a majestic persimmon tree. The small village is located 5 km from the Lake Garda and Salò, a delightful little town situated on the stunning Lake Garda; which is one of the most beautiful lakes in Italy. The B&B’s location is also located less than 2 hours from the ‘Dolomiti of Brenta’ and is therefore ideal for those who enjoy walking and hiking in the mountains. For those wishing to visit cities with great art, then Verona (60 km), Venice (170 km), Brescia (30 km), Bergamo (82 km), Cremona (85 km) and Mantova (75 km) are also easily accessible. From Salò or Gardone Riviera you can reach the picturesque towns located on the Verona side of Lake Garda by ferry-boat with Navigarda service. The village offers a 50 km bike path which can be reached from Lake Garda, Lake Idro and Brescia; therefore you can enjoy the idyllic Italian landscape. The small village offers many amenities such as a small park with playground, a Benedictine church, a bar, newsstand/ tobaco shop and the prestigious acupuncture clinic. The bakery also produces a range of fresh, delicious bread, pizza and focaccia every day. Also close by (700 meters), there are two supermarkets, two pizzerias and restaurants, a pharmacy, clothing stores and many other amenities you may need during your stay.

The walnut tree, Double room

The Walnut Tree B & B is located in Zana, a hamlet in the upper part of Abbadia Lariana on the eastern shore of Lake Como. We are one hour away from Milan, 2 and a half km away from Mandello del Lago and 3 km away from Abbadia Lariana. If you arrive by train, we can pick you up by car from the train station of Mandello or Abbadia Lariana. The part of the house given over to the B&B has been sensitively restored and has the character of an old country house, complete with a balcony with views over the lake. The two rooms have private bathrooms. In summer you can have your breakfast served on the terrace in the garden. A few kilometers away is the town of Varenna, where boats depart for the lake. The whole area is known for the famous mountain "Grigna", a wonderful place for walking and climbing. If you enjoy motorcycles, be sure to visit the museum of Guzzi motorcycle. Abbadia is the perfect place to swim: there are no private homes that overlook the beautiful beach. pan e vin, Double Room 3

It's a small double bedroom with private bathroom, balcony with a very nice sea view, refrigerator, hair dryer, tv, enternet wi fi inside the room. Enternet access wi fi free is also at bar "pan e vin", very close the room, where Cristiana works with her housband and where breakfast is served. This room is perfect for a short staying, especially for people who like to walk, to swim, and to visit all the village of cinque terre. Of fact the room is very close at the start of the footpath to Vernazza and then to Monterosso and in the other direction to Manarola, through "costa da posa" and Volastra where is possible to admire beautiful scenery of sea, vineyards, olive trees. The best way to came here is by train; From la Spezia, by train is just 15 minutes and then from Corniglia's train station is possible to walk (10/15 minutes) or take the shuttle bus (just five minutes): then from the bus stop take the little way, Via Fieschi, in between the ATM and the restaurant "dau tinola" and then in about 70 metres you will find the bar "pan e vin".

Kimono Mediterranean Palace Private entrance

Beautiful bedroom, with private bathroom and separate entrance with security door. Less than a 5-minute walk from Piazzale Roma or the station. It is located on the second floor of the building, has high ceilings with exposed beams and wooden floors. The facilities and furnishings are new, comfortable and modern. The bright and ventilated room overlooks a typical Venetian courtyard. From 1570 to the present, every Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m., live Gregorian chants and incense enter the house. No AC.
