Vacation rentals with a patio in Northcote

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in apartments designed and hosted by Kali. Kali is very easy to communicate with, clear and simple instructions, flexible, just easy. This apartment is almost like a studio apartment and it doesn't have a TV which was clearly stated in the listing, so we expected it. Nevertheless, It is v comfortable and v well located in Fitzroy. We will come back again next time. Thanks Kali.

We loved staying in this apartment. Collingwood is a great area, lots of nice bars, restaurants and cafes and everything is walkable. We highly recommend Proud Mary and A Coffee for tasty coffees. The apartment is very comfortable, everything you need for your stay and is a perfect location. The balcony is really cute, a great place to decompress after a busy day exploring. The shower is really good and Keith has provided lovely products. Highly recommend staying here, we would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. It was easy to find and located in a quiet neighborhood, yet just a short 10-minute walk to the city center at a relaxed pace. The free private parking was super convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the entire place was spotlessly clean and very cozy — it truly felt like home. Highly recommend! We’d be happy to come back again! Crystal's place was exactly as described so you can rest assured that the reviews are an accurate reflection also. Location is great for exploring the inner north and easy access to the city. The apartment was clean with easy access and good wifi. Having a designated underground car park was great, as was having a bath, which can be difficult to find in innercity apartments. Crystal was very good to communicate with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her place :)

Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

This is the 2nd year running that we've stayed here and we like the location (proximity to the city, the airport and the freeways), the views from the apartment & the City are very panoramic & show Melbourne in its best light, and the apartment itself. It's light, safe, spacious, good parking, has every amenity as described, it's high up so you get the panoramic views and the apartment has many amenities. I've used the gym and the rooftop and it's good to have the double length parking slot in case you have guests. We really like it.

The apartment was lovely, light & bright. Very comfortable bed, quiet and peaceful with a lovely outside space. the location is great. Right next to the 96 tamline and not far from the 11 tramline. A lovey walk to the zoo. Great restaurant nearby and many good cafes. The apartment felt like a home away from home. Sophie was very helpful and clear with her messages. I felt welcome in her apartment. It's a great base from which to explore Melbourne without being in the busy city centre. Fitzroy North feels relaxed but with plenty of amenities. Piedimonte's was great to have a short walk away. If you are thinking of staying in Melbourne then this apartment is ideal. Thanks Sophie

Great location and great responsive host. Easy self-checkin. We really adored the effort Jo has placed on the interior of the house. It's got a cool retro vibe but at the same time modern in execution.

We had a wonderful week staying in this Airbnb for the F1, lots of space for our group of 5 people. 5min walk to the train. Great kitchen and outdoor space, the renovation is very nice. I think the space was better in real life! Would definitely stay again if in Melbourne 😊

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

Karin was very helpful, flexible and responsive as we booked this Airbnb for a colleague who was staying for a local event. He and his family loved the space and he kept raving about the whole building and accommodation as well. The location was perfect as we chose it due to the closeness to the event space. So it worked out perfectly and we would book it again next year!

The place was in a great location and amazing views from the balcony! Some fab local restaurants and coffee places. Everything was smooth with check in and out. A few issues with items in the apartment but have given feedback to the owners and sure they will sort out.
