Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Northcote

Our 2 month stay was really great experience. Sharon is very responsible and has a lot of good advice on places to visit. The house is clean and the garden is lovely. It's fully equipped, which makes life much easier. The only inconvenient is the noise of the traffic in front of the house, especially in the front bedroom, as we were not used to city environments.

Pemmy’s place was absolutely lovely, very easy to check in and had everything I needed. Pemmy was very responsive and kind and provided a very helpful guidebook which had everything I needed to know in it. The place is in great location, very neat and tidy and had a comfortable living space. Definitely would recommend to others and would love to stay here again in the future.

Matt’s townhome in the heart of Richmond is the perfect place - nearby everything that is Melbourne. A quick tram ride to the MCG, Marvel Stadium and the CBD. The townhome is outfitted wonderfully. It’s roomy, has an inviting common area with the high end kitchen and open space dining area. Excellent BBQ also. Matt is one of the most responsive and understanding hosts we’ve had the privilege of working with. Great recommendations. Especially the Union House. What a gem ! The photos don’t do justice to how well this townhome is appointed. Thanks Matt. We’ll definitely be back next time we visit Melbourne.

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay! The apartment was very quiet and comfortable. Location superb with a wide choice of quality restaurants, parks and shopping and all walkable. We loved the Hotel Gitan a delicious spot for either lunch or dinner.

Overall a nice place to stay. Peter was super responsive and he replace the shampoo immediately when I told him it ran out.

The flat is in an excellent location and is very comfortable. The flat has good exposure to light and is in a village type suburb with shops close by and a tram stop providing access to the city just down the street. The tram is a bit noisy but you get used to it. Gary is very responsive and helpful. A great place to stay. We will definitely be back if the need arises.

We had a great two night stay at Jeff & Melinda’s. They were great communicators, and made us feel very welcome to use their place. The apartment is well located right next to a tram stop and has amazing views of the city. Check in was a little tricky because you can’t park in front of the building to grab the key (google street view is old and you can’t park there anymore as it’s a bike lane, so we parked around the corner and walked to get the key). But otherwise check in was easy enough with the detailed instructions and it was convenient that we could grab the key any time. The place was spotlessly clean and there were lots of thoughtful inclusions. We also enjoyed the use of the pool and spa, which were nicely heated. Overall, one of the best stays we’ve had in Melbourne!

We loved our stay at Chian’s apartment. It had everything we needed plus the little extras like the selection of children’s toys and books made it feel very welcoming. Spotlessly clean, great location with parking and lovely views of the city. We would certainly look to stay again next time we’re in Melbourne.

We had a lovely stay. Will be certain to return. The Elwood neighbourhood is our favourite in Melbourne. It is heavily treed, peaceful and walking distance to the beach, St Kilda Botanical Gardens as well as the shops in Elwood Village.

First of all, this place is one of best airbnbs I’ve stayed at in Melbourne and I use a new airbnb every month for work. Way better than the photos. Furthermore, Jon is an incredible host, we accidentally left our phone in the airbnb two hours before our flight and he left a function to come and help us. I can’t praise him enough. Thank you Jon! House was big & spacious. Enough room for all of us. It was in nice & quiet neighbourhood. Good 25 minutes ride to city. Good host.

Very quiet

We had a great weekend away at Chelos place located in a nice historic part of Richmond within walking distance of everything. Accomodation was cosy and Hosts are fun to chat to and very helpful. Chelo is also a good source of knowledge for anybody interested in European fashion design !

The place is nice. Matches the description. Beautiful house. Peter and Jennette were generous when I requested for post midnight check in. Recommended.

Wonderful central property for family group to stay in. Very comfortable and homely for all ages. Encouraged informal catch ups in spacious areas available. Easy to get around with car spaces plus very close to public transport. Brenda was responsive and helpful.

We absolutely loved staying at Mark’s fantastic house! It’s a beautiful property, and larger than it seems in the photos. It’s also very well equipped, and with the crazy Melbourne weather kept us warm with the heating and cool with the aircon. Our pup really enjoyed her time there, too! The pool is also fantastic, and the decked area great for chilling out. We would love to stay again in future!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The place is super lovely, clean, cozy, and feels just like home. Everything was neat and well taken care of and Chelo is so warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. Felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. Plus, their dog, Carla is the cutest! She made the stay even more special. I'll miss you Carla :) The house itself is tidy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. Would 100% come back. Highly recommend!
