beautiful place to stay we had such a wonderful time.. only thing was that we thought it was a log burner inside, which it was actually a gas fire which didnt work. so a slight disappointment. but we ended up having a gorgeous fire outside every night instead... the river tranquil location was beautiful and the rose garden stunning.. felt blessed to stay here

Stylish private barn between 2 lovely village pubs

Nice spacious barn with comfortable bed and outdoor seating area/garden. Good communication and provided some essentials. Both local pubs were nice for drinks as we had already brought some food. Helped us in collecting coats we forgot. Would recommend

Secluded and Romantic Paradise on Somerset Levels

SueRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A beautiful restored Water Mill with artistic history linked to Picasso through Clementina’s Father , fascinating with book written in the Mill . On the day we were to arrive the weather was horrible and Clementina lit 🔥 a beautiful log burning stove and turned on the central heating to make us feel at home , she welcomed us a little early and showed us around and explained in detail about how to use the facilities in the mill . We have eaten at at 4 of the 5 restaurants she recommended and our favourite by far was The Boar at Barrington ( must book to be sure ) all the others were good but The Boar stood out by far . A big thank you to Clementina and Ben the garden looked amazing. Sue W 🐝🦋🐝

Stylish Somerset studio

BeverleyRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Madeleine is so friendly and makes you feel very welcome. It’s our second stay at her property and we would not hesitate to book again. The village is beautiful. The annexe is perfect and pristine. The bedding fresh and crisp. We had gorgeous weather and were able to sit in the garden just outside. Perrys cider farm across the road which was lovely. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here, in such a beautiful place with the loveliest owner (and of course Rupert the dog).

Great little place as we needed to book somewhere quite last minute. Katherine was super responsive and helpful, the place was just what we needed, travelling with our toddler - she particularly enjoyed spotting the sheep! Thanks for letting us stay!

The Wheel House, Cosy Rural Getaway

An ideal location for local Christmas family visiting , so we didn’t have need for local pubs/restaurants, however useful info from previous guests was available. It’s a lovely little ‘cottage’ with all you need , loads of hot water , and a nice cool bottle of wine on arrival !

relax and unwind in beautiful Devon countryside

Although it is at a working farm it is still a quiet relaxing place to stay. Our dog enjoyed the enclosed garden and the patio doors that he could go in and out of. We enjoyed the ice cream parlour 5 min away.

Cedar Lodge, Luxury Eco Cabin

KerryRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We stayed at Cedar Lodge (Oakwater Escapes) recently,Adam was a fantastic host very friendly and knowlegable on any questions we asked. The Lodge grounds had everything you need for a relaxing get away, hot tube is a good addition along with the open and well maintined nature areas. Ilminster is a freindly little town the surrounding area is beautiful, plenty of dog walks, a 20 mins walk to the George Inn where you will find freindly staff and definitley reccomend the steaks. A small drive away is the town which has a few shops, a chinesse and indian if you don't fancy cooking! Overall we will most definitely be back in the future. A*
