Me and my work partner stayed here it had everything we needed was clean comfy would definitely stay again in the future well worth it.

I stayed at Kathryn's place over the New Year with my family (three adult couples, a 2 year old and 2 month old). It was just perfect! There was everything we could have possibly needed for the children (and more!!). Our daughter loved playing with the dolls' house. The house is beautifully done up and was very clean and well equipped. It was well located - just a few minutes walk to the centre of Witney. Kathryn was a great host - very responsive and kindly let us have an early check in and late check out. We'd love to come back again! Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Amanda’s lovely cottage. The place is clean and has everything we need and more, location is great, right next to lots of green space, perfect for an evening stroll. Burghley house is just a few mins drive, well worth the visit. Stamford town centre is just 5-10 mins walk away, with lots of pubs/restaurants/bakery/gift shops etc. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you.

Great house and beautiful garden in a good location and so calm and quiet even though it’s only a few minutes walk from the centre. Gerda and Anne were both lovely and really helpful. I’d definitely recommend it.

Great place to stay would stay again

Clean, Quiet, and Friendly: Dawn & Ronnie's home is a secret gem near Bedford's City Centre and much larger than typical UK homes. It's incredibly clean for a home so large and with kids. There are two spacious full baths (one upstairs; one downstairs) and the showerstall has bowed out glass so that it's not a tight fit for someone w long hair (like me). Ten minutes to the train station, 10-mins to a bus stop; a 5-min walk to the gorgeous Bedford Park for a leisurely run or walk surrounded by green. Shoes off at the front door so bring your indoor house shoes/slip ons! The room and bed are comfortable and everything is super quiet at night -- and I'm a light sleeper!!!

Had the most amazing couple of days in the Cotswolds, the house was amazing, beautiful and extremely clean. Loved it, highly recommend!

Great location. A 5 minute walk to the centre for lovely coffees and pastries each morning. Burghley house is a 5 minute drive away and trains are really accessible. Great stay!

Loved our short stay at Rabbit haven. Everything we needed was available and location very convenient for Bicester and surrounding areas. We’ll be back for sure!

Rachel is a great host! Responsive and easy to deal with she really helped to make our stay enjoyable. The house is beautiful and really easy walk for Tring centre. The station which is direct to London in 40 mins is just 2 miles away. Nothing was too much trouble for Rachel and it helped make our stay very special. Rachel’s house is also a home so there are family items in the house but this just makes it feel more homely. We would definitely stay again - Thanks Rachel

Our third stay - visited with two friends while attending a festival close by. As always, it was a great base for us - clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with everything we needed. Will and Maureen are excellent hosts.

Great welcome with a bottle of wine and a nice card. Perfect location close to my daughter's place, quick & easy to get to wherever we wanted to go, brilliant park within easy walking distance. Hosts very responsive when we needed anything. Always masses of lovely hot water for showers etc! Handy to have two parking spaces.

We loved our stay at the townhouse. It's beautifully decorated with a large open space great for socialising. The house was a little difficult to find but once located we appreciated being water front and close to town even more. Decking will be lovely in the summer with a little TLC. Would recommend for groups 😊

Great location for visiting Clarkson’s Farm and Car Chase Heroes Abingdon - good facilities, clean and tidy on arrival with goodies left by a caring host Rachel - comfy beds in all three rooms and pretty outdoor space too!

Great location and house. Walking distance to both Burghley and Stamford shops/ restaurants. Only one free parking space but large car park next door, a few steps away. All day ticket £5 or you can book a slightly cheaper weekly car park ticket in advance, Mon- Fri or Mon-Sat, Sunday and bank holidays free. House was lovely and beautifully decorated. The small outside seating area was extremely well landscaped to provide unexpected privacy. The welcome basket provided was a nice touch. All in all a great place to stay.

Brilliant host and Excellent accommodation

The house was exactly as described. Was clean and tidy but a little tired. Very quiet location and neighbours were great and helpful. The house was perfect for what we used it for and Liz was great.

Great property, clean and well equipped. Host was super friendly and responsive. Accomadated a last minute booking for 5 of us and we all found the property to be exactly as described comfortable, homely, clean and easy to find and a great rate. Would 100% book again if visiting the area.

We stayed with our dog for about 10 days in between moving. Super cozy and clean. It had everything we needed for our long stay. Great location to the town center.

Beautiful house, lots of space, lovely views of the lake. Felt really comfortable staying here. Everything we needed was there. Enjoyed the pool room. It was a great addition.

This property is certainly tucked away, but with the instructions we found it right away. Uppingham is a really historic town and we enjoyed exploring the many alleyways. There are loads of shops and galleries and several pubs. We had a great long walk along the shore of Rutland Water and enjoyed super weather the whole of our stay. The small church at Normanton is a lovely sight, and exploring the amazing streets and buildings in Stamford is a delight. I am pretty sure we will be visiting again soon.
