Northam with it’s shops, fish & chips, Chinese take away, pubs and restaurants, is a great base to explore the wonderful North Devon Coast.

Situated in the lovely peaceful village of Northam our self-contained annexe is the perfect getaway to recharge and relax, whilst also being a stone's throw from the coastline. This cosy and unique space has a bespoke wooden interior that many visitors have admired. It has it's own sleeping area (you can see the sea through the skylight when sat on the mezzanine bed), fully equipped kitchen, lounge area and bathroom. There is allocated parking space at the property for two cars if necessary.
