Situated in Wensleydale in the Yorkshire Dales, Cow Close Byre is a self contained guest annexe one mile from the market town of Leyburn. The comfortable bedroom has a super king bed, or an option for two singles. The shower room is ensuite to the bedroom. There is a double sofa bed in the living area which also has a well equipped kitchen: fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob. Parking adjacent to the property. The Vicarage Annexe is a beautiful, one double-bedroom facility situated at the foot of the Cleveland Hills. The building was originally built as a prayer and study room for the Vicarage. This is now a self-contained living area with en-suite facilities. The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

The village has a great pub, cafe and community shop with locally sourced & eco-friendly produce. Moo’s is our converted stone cottage with a lovely living kitchen with cast iron stove and a vintage country feel. Adjacent there is a spacious covered patio area with seating, dining and storage, which looks across to an outdoor patio with fruit trees seating and parking space.

The Nook is a converted garage unit which is detached from our house with private entrance, outdoor seating area and key safe for entry. Accommodation comprises of living room/kitchenette, bedroom and wet room. Selection of breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A T.V/D.V.D player are for your use, as is a microwave and induction hob for light cooking. Comfortable seating and a small dining area complete the main room.
