A quiet and comfortable self contained house with private off street parking in the middle of the National Forest. The pub and village shop are a 2 minute walk away. The town centre is a few minutes drive with supermarkets, leisure centre, restaurants, etc. Several lovely walks literally from the doorstep. We'll loan you our dog to show you the way if you need! Spend some time away in this modern, countryside bungalow. Ideal for families or small groups of friends! Close to both Burton Town Centre (15 minute drive) and Lichfield City Centre (20-25 minute drive). Perfect for festivals and events held at Catton Hall (only a 10 minute walk away) Owners live in the adjacent property and own a large but very friendly dog (who is kept in his own fenced-off area).
