Ideal location (a 5-minute walk to the closest shop and bus stop, 5 min walk to North Watford train 20-minute walk to Watford Junction train and town, an 8-minute drive to Harry Potter Studio, and a 5-minute drive to town). It is a self-contained little tiny house in my garden where you can relax, rest, and cook your meals. The materials have been carefully chosen to create a little zen oasis in beautiful colors, calming your mind and destressing you. The access is through my house. Wifi and TV

Set up to give 4 individuals a very comfortable luxury experience with each room having a king sized 7 zone memory foam mattress for a wonderful nights sleep, sky/Netflix on large hd tvs. Luxurious kitchen with marble worktops, series 4 Bosch washer dryer and dishwasher, electric oven and all the usual amenities. Lovely small lounge with sky Q/ Netflix on a 55” UHD tv with Sono sound bar and comfortable sofa. Lovely bathroom with great shower and separate toilet. Garden, off street parking.

A really convenient place to stay close to the centre of town. Simmie’s place was spotlessly clean. The room was really comfortable. I can highly recommend and hope to return.

Such a lovely airbnb experience. Andrea and Ross made this trip a home from home when I visited my family. The room is wonderful and bathroom super clean as well. I has local family, but central London is only a 15 minute walk to Watford junction station, Then 20 minutes to central London. This is a perfect spot to explore London by train and tube (metro). Thank you, Andrea and Ross.

This was our second stay at Leah’s place, and we loved it just as much as the first time. It truly felt like coming home. Everything was spotlessly clean again, and our personal highlight was the incredibly comfortable bed – it’s even more comfortable than our own at home, and that’s really saying something! Leah is a wonderful host, and we wholeheartedly recommend her place to anyone. If we could, we’d give it 10 stars. We’d love to come back next time we’re in the area.

The room and adjoining bathroom are really very nice and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and tea and coffee were even provided. The place overall is very nice. The rest of the house is inhabited and we did not have independent use of the kitchen, but also did not explicitly ask for it. The location is very quiet and nice. Perfect if you want to use this primarily as a place to stay. For a trip to London, it's a bit of a drive, but also doable and there's a train station nearby. Lorri welcomed us in a very friendly way. You could have a nice conversation and she also made recommendations for the area. We didn't see each other that often, but when we did, we had a nice chat. It is definitely recommend!

Very happy with my stay. Rachel was a great host and helpful with local recommendations. The place was spotless. Really clean throughout. A very quiet place made for a great nights sleep.
