We had a fantastic stay at the Ballroom. We knew it would be lovely from the photos but were not prepared for just how big the place was..it's huge! The location could not be better. So close to all the restaurants and cafes but at the same time quiet. Melbourne coffee and Sorisso Italian opposite are both brilliant and I would recommend checking these out. Sam our host was great with communications and Debbie who took care of us on arrival was very attentive and made us feel most welcome.

My stay was calm, peaceful and smooth. Beautiful home and a very nice neighborhood.

I stayed here for around 40 days and honestly, it felt like a home away from home. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind — they replied to any queries I had almost instantly, and were sweet enough to accommodate a late checkout when I requested it. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures: cosy, clean, and very inviting. The pantry was well stocked with essentials (and more), which made cooking easy and convenient. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I felt genuinely spoilt! The Wi-Fi is fast, everything is well maintained, and the location is perfect — just a 7–8 minute bus ride to Bullring. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ray’s place! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The location was perfect, and everything was exactly as described—if not better. Honestly, the pictures don’t do justice to how lovely and well-kept the apartment truly is. Ray was an incredible host: kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and always made us feel welcome. You can truly tell he cares about his guests and their experience. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Lovely little spot

We were attending a conference at the NEC and the location of Paradise Apartment made for an extremely convenient and quick commute. The place was very clean and well equipped, with a great kitchen and bathroom making for a very comfortable stay. Tim and Karen gave prompt, useful information. I hope to be able to stay here again next time

A well equipped apartment above a hairdresser’s salon. A good location for the pubs and restaurants in the town. Very clean. We would stay here again. However, we found parking to be a problem. The one time we used the allocated space we regretted it. As mentioned by others the access is very narrow and difficult to get out from without risking scratches to the car. We were out during the days and by the time we got back there was no road side parking left either.

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

Great place to stay, close to the city centre. Mo was responsive when needed. Will definitely be booking again!

Clare is the perfect host. She is completely flexible, helpful and supportive. Nothing is too much for Clare or her family. The apartment is beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. It has everything we needed for an extended stay. Fixtures/fittings/electrical etc are all high quality and excellent condition. The location is fantastic. Close to everything we needed, beautiful scenery, great walks and fantastic restaurants and pubs. We cannot thank Clare and her family enough for everything they have done for us. They have gone over and above to help us. We would highly recommend staying here, would definitely return - and are already doing so! Thank you Clare and thanks to your family for everything.

Beryl and her son are wonderful people ,they are super friendly .I loved the apartment it was sparkling clean and fresh smell ,bed was extremely comfortable. Everything you would need is provided .The garden is fabulous and very dog friendly. The area has lots of great walks ,the nature reserves are wonderful. felt very safe and relaxed and cannot wait to return . Thank you so much Beryl ☺️

A well-located little studio with everything I needed for my stay. I would definitely stay here again! It was easy to find, the lock-box entry system was very straightforward, there was free parking on the street (and on nearby streets)and it was a short and pleasant walk to the Abbey Fields and town centre. This was a lucky find as t's not easy to locate a studio apartment in Kenilworth!

Lovely little place that suited our needs. The bedrooms were bigger than they looked in the photos, especially the upstairs double. The parking was a little awkward due to other cars in other properties but not a huge problem - we had 3 cars there at one point and fitted in.

We had a pretty nice stay, big parking lot near the property, calm neighborhood, well equipped kitchen, bathroom. I would recommend the place. Good price also!

The apartment was just as described and in a very beautiful and quiet area. The internet worked well so I could work with no issues. Would stay again and can recommend.

A fantastic little apartment for two which is very spacious with lovely decor & furnishings. Good sized bathroom and small kitchen area with a Nespresso coffee machine - so essentially everything you could ask for ! It is located in what was the garage space of the house and has its own separate entrance and dedicated parking area on the drive. Nigel and Emma were both lovely hosts, super friendly, accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Well located for the nearby Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Warwick and the Cotswolds also within easy reach from the apartment. L

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Apartments. Julie is an excellent host, who was very accommodating despite me changing our arrival time a few times. She met us at the apartment to show us around. It is beautifully decorated & has everything you could possibly need. Even snacks, milk & food in the freezer. Julie went above & beyond by giving us some cupcakes & candles as she knew it was my daughter’s birthday (very kind x). Very well located for the NEC & the village is really nice. We went to the Soho Tavern for dinner, which was very tasty. Would definitely recommend the apartment & will book again when we are in Birmingham again. Thank you!

We stayed 3 nights. The flat was in an excellent location, very close to the canal area and to the station and city centre. The flat is comfortable, clean and well maintained and it was a luxury to have 2 bathrooms, one each! Highly recommended.

This place was everything we needed - but better. Monica and Phillip were perfect hosts. There was cheese and ham in the fridge and for breakfast delicious fresh fruit and yoghurt. We had use of a beautiful sunny garden and the flat was spacious and well equipped. I would recommend to others without hesitation. Thank you Monica, we loved staying at your place.

This is our second time staying at Katie's place, it is such a lovely space, well equipped and in a great, peaceful location. Wouldn't hesitate to recomend if you are looking for a quiet break.

Would like to thank our host your apartment is beautiful . Couldn't fault any of it super clean . Tea/ coffee fluffy towels And shoe Cindy bed every thing you need oh and it smells lush ! Super convenient to visit my daughter who is studying at Leicester uni and lives 2 streets over . Will be staying again x Thankyou
