Preston village lies 1.1 mile inland from the beautiful Tynemouth longsands, between Whitley Bay and Tynemouth. The cottage has many windows; which takes great advantage of the beautiful surroundings, looking on to the peaceful country views, court yard and paddocks. We also have an occasional barn owl. The cottage is next door to the farm house but is the only cottage on-site. Hot tub NOT included in this listing.

Sunrise Cottage is a modern and stylish 2 bedroom home. It can accomodate a family of 4 or 2 couples. There are 2 free parking bays available. There are 2 toilets and there is a washing machine. It is situated on the main road into the town. The stairs are steep and the bath/shower is deep so the property would not be recommended for anyone with mobility issues. No stagg or hen parties, no smoking and no pets.
