Orchard Cottage is located in the beautiful village of Warkworth. It's a 5 minute walk away from the River Coquet and Warkworth Hermitage. The famous Warkworth Castle and village centre are only 15 minutes away by foot and the stunning Warkworth Beach is only 10 minutes by car from our cottages. The location of the Meadow Cottage allows for an easy access to water sports. There are two bedrooms upstairs, living room, a wood burner, kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

The Old Corn Crush a country barn 1 mile to Amble

Discounted nights avail' This barn was where the harvested corn was “crushed’ to prepare feed for the working horses, cattle and sheep on the farm. Today the original “crush” and a sheep trough stand on display outside in the courtyard. The accommodation is set out on one level. with just one slight internal step. Because of the location of this barn the area does not suffer from any light pollution and as such on clear nights you can experience some truly breath-taking dark sky stargazing.
