Great host! Very communicative. Wonderful, easy going condo. We enjoyed losing track of time while sitting on the screened-in porch watching the bay/waterfront.

Great place to relax. The space is very welcoming and peaceful with modern, clean lines flavor. Beach is step away- no crowds. We were very lucky and met very good hearted people around. We extended our stay thanks to Brian who helped us accommodate for one more night. I really do recommend Brian’s listing. Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a great week. Beautiful view off of the terrace. A full length mirror would be a nice touch. Vertical blinds were tricky to use. Trial size shampoo, conditioner, soap would have been helpful. Lights in living area at night were very dim.

Gary and Vicki's place was great! The space, the pool, the games, to name a few, were amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and it was the perfect space for relaxing and still have the time to head to the pool or beach. The beaches were super close and not packed with people. The amenities that Gary and Vicki had fit perfect to what we needed for beach time. For example, a wagon, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, beach towels etc. The neighborhood was very friendly and we felt safe the whole time!

We loved staying at the Salty Surfer! Super clean and cozy place! It was a very short walk to the beach and lots of shark teeth, would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here, Jeff and Alexandra went above and beyond in welcoming us. Sweet touches, essentials provided, cleaned very well, any minor issue we had was promptly addressed and taken care of! I’m not sure we’ve ever had a better experience anywhere. Easy little walk to beach access, and had all the beach gear! Thank you so much, y’all are the best! We will be back!

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

This place is awesome! A nice washer and dryer, super clean, comfortable, and a cute outside sitting area. host left snacks, water, cooler, flashlight, and beach towels - very well thought out. The host was also super nice when we thought we locked ourselves out 😅 We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

This condo was even cuter in person than it was in the photos. It was super clean, safe, spacious, had a gorgeous screened in balcony that looked out over the pool, and was centrally located really close to groceries, restaurants, multiple beaches, and more. We stayed here as a family of 4 and the kids had their own room and bathroom and we had a master with en suite. I saw another review that said there is a little noise from the busy road outside but you really only notice it if you're trying to sleep with the windows open. We originally booked a hotel that ended up being awful so I found this place last minute and they were able to get us in the very next morning. They let us check in early since we were kind of stranded, and walking in was like a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend this place for 2-4 people!

This is a beautiful condo and the best AB&B my wife have stayed in. Paul is a great host and has the condo spotless and furnished beautifully. Pool and Hot Tub easy access and other tenants very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Had a great stay and beautiful peaceful private beach! I will say make sure you bring your own beach chair and umbrella. It’s stated they have some but I think other guested used them all.

Our stay was amazing. The condo is roomy beautiful and so many extras that I have never had at an Airbnb before. Beds super comfortable. Pool was so refreshing, clean and hardly anyone there except for us. Fishing dock was really nice! Lots of fish to see and schools of snook close to shore feeding on the minnows. We fished the end of the dock and my older son caught a nice trout, snapper and a bunch of snook that were too small to keep but still fun to catch. We saw dolphins in the distance feeding every night off the end of the dock. My older son and his wife life in Port Charlotte. We have stayed at 3 other condos and I can finally say we found the place we like the best for our visits. I met a very sweet lady named Sheila down on the dock and she is an owner. She really cares about the complex and who comes around, who is supposed to be there and who isn't. Owners deserve to feel safe and have everyone follow the rules. We absolutely loved our stay and def will be back.

Great communication, really enjoyed the walkability of Burnt Store Marina. The home was spotless, and well equipped.

I had a fantastic stay while I was in Port Charlotte! The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for a three-week stay. The small balcony overlooking the water was perfect while working from home! The whole development was very quiet, relaxed, and clean. The pool was uncrowded and very peaceful and the pier over the river was great for an afternoon walk or morning coffee. The location of this Airbnb is perfect if you're hoping to see various parts of Florida! It's centrally located and allowed me to visit many places while I was in the area. Tampa is only about an hour and a half away, there are plenty of nearby beaches, and I took a nice day trip to the Everglades! Port Charlotte is pretty quiet, but there are plenty of places to walk and everything I needed was withing 10-15 minutes of the apartment. Ray was very communicative and helpful! 10/10 stay!

Mile is truly an outstanding host and very helpful. The place is immaculate and a very great location to all activities and restaurants. I truly recommend this location. It’s a must book if you’re ever staying in Punta Gorda. Mile is a SUPER HOST. Don’t miss the chance to book this wonderful spot.

Great condo! Everything was very clean and very well stocked. Everything is there for the beach and more. Beautiful, peaceful beach. Owners are very nice and will stay in contact with you, if you need anything.

I can’t say enough good things about this experience. Fantastic location, meticulously clean, most comfortable bed ever, so many amenities. The pool was crystal clear and the temp was perfect. Easy walk to the pier for fishing and accessing our boat. So many nice touches including condiments, spices, coffee, beach accessories, fishing poles… you get the picture. It was marvelous to not have to buy or worry about bringing all these things along. Tammie was so quick to respond to all my questions, she’s an amazing host. She kept in contact with us before and during hurricane Debby to make sure we were safe. Very kind and thoughtful, we will definitely stay again. Thank you Tammie, you’re the hostess with the mostess. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This is the second time me and my family stays at Bogumilas place. It is perfect! Clean , spacious and peaceful. Close to everything you need. Bogumilas always responds fast if you have any questions. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautifully and newly renovated condo with an easy walk straight across the street to the beach. Restaurants within a few walking minutes. Best of all, enjoying a quiet morning sunrise, drinking a hot cup of coffee, on the back patio, watching the fish jump, and dolphins & manatees swim by.
