We had a fantastic time staying at this beautiful home in Naples, FL. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and just a short drive to the beach and great restaurants. The house itself was spotless and very well-maintained, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A really thoughtful touch was the welcome snacks and bottle of wine waiting for us on the counter—it was such a nice surprise and much appreciated after a day of travel. The backyard was definitely a highlight. Between the clean, inviting pool and hot tub and the spacious lanai, it felt like our own private oasis. The lanai was perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening—it really added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the space. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples, and we'd love to stay here again!

I booked this location for a work trip, and everything was exactly as described. One standout feature was the added safety around the pool—there are extra locks on the doors leading outside, which would prevent children from accessing the pool area unsupervised. Additionally, door alarms provide extra peace of mind. I would definitely rebook this place for a family trip. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals throughout our stay. A pleasant surprise was the workout equipment available in the garage—an unexpected but appreciated touch.

The place is just as described in the details and pictures. Very well equipped and centrally located to everything, most places are within a 10/15 drive with grocery store and beaches within 5 minutes. There are several other beaches further out and worth exploring if you have the time (Seagate/Clam Pass - our favorite, Naples’s and Ft. Myers). We also did Captain Jacks Air boat event and it didn’t disappoint - highly recommend! The bikes were a nice addition as we were able to ride around the neighborhood to explore. Alana was an awesome host, very responsive and spot on with her recommendations! Overall we had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Alana’s place if back in the Naples area! Loved our stay! Was very conveniently located so close to everything! Including all the great restaurants, Mercato, the beach, the waterside shops and 5th Ave. My husband and I lived in Naples for a few years and came back to visit our friends. We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay. Felt like we were home again! Alfred is a great host. Very helpful and replies quickly if there are any concerns or questions! The home itself has everything you would need and the backyard is beautiful with a new pool/spa. Would definitely stay again!

Looks exactly like the photos! So clean, perfect and beautiful! Lovely quiet neighborhood that’s walkable and safe as well. Absolutely loved this property and so did my parents, will book again next time we’re in town!

Loved this newly renovated house and pool in a convenient area of Naples. The house was very peaceful. Even though the house is small, the layout was great. Also liked the screened in patio.

Great location for Vanderbilt Beach! Nicely kept complex, beautiful accommodations. The host thought of everything. Wonderful experience.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was even better than expected — beautifully decorated, modern, and very comfortable. The patio was a perfect spot to relax, and the neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!

J'ai voyagé dans plus de 60 Airbnb mais Estella est la meilleure hôte que j'ai jamais eu. Elle a été un ange avec nous et notre bébé : elle nous a fourni 2 poussettes, un lit bébé, une chaise haute, des bouées pour la piscine. En plus de ça, elle fournit tout pour la plage (serviettes, parasol, glacière, etc.). La piscine est tellement agréable. Nous reviendrons c'est certain !

Great stay and great hosts

Wow! Best Airbnb I’ve stayed at thus far. The hosts had everything imaginable you need as far as amenities & snacks down to beach equipment. Nice and quiet area as well, definitely a clean space. This place is exactly as described if not better once we arrived. I would 100% recommend staying here and I would 100% stay here again in the future. Excellent job.

We had an amazing time. The condo was extremely clean and had everything you could need and more. I am extremely organized and felt like I was right at home. lol. We will definitely stay here on future trips to Naples!

We had an incredible week at this beautiful Ft. Myers Beach condo! From the moment we booked, Caihlin was warm, responsive, and extremely thoughtful—providing clear check-in instructions, local tips, and even a care package that made us feel right at home. The location was unbeatable. Mornings spent sipping coffee on the deck while watching dolphins glide by felt like a dream. The beach, just steps away, was private and peaceful—a perfect escape from the crowds. We tried several of the recommended restaurants and weren’t disappointed once. It’s clear Caihlin truly knows and loves this area. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already plotting our return. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a little slice of paradise!

I loved this place! It was well kept, clean, beautiful big kitchen, dishwasher, spacious rooms, washer/dryer, spacious clean bathrooms. Had a lot of space outside to hang out, beautiful backyard view of the canal. Super peaceful and quiet area. Walking distance to a great little Mexican restaurant. Host provided great recommendations to beach and restaurants. I look forward to staying there again!

I have stayed in no fewer than 8 different units at PSR over the years and this was by far the most highly finished, nicest, most-well-outfitted! Will definitely stay again. Lauren has done a fabulous job and has really thought of everything!

John's condo is great! It's right on the water and we loved getting to watch the sunrise and the dolphins. The pools are excellent! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. About 10 minutes to get to the beach/parking. We loved staying in John's condo in Marco!

I loved this place!! We had a really great family time. The property was very nice and clean which was super important to me because I went with my 5 months old baby. The host was super nice and gave me all the instructions that I needed before the check-in. I would highly recommend this place!!!!!

My fiance and I had a wonderful stay! it was a very beautiful/clean condo, had everything we needed, and the recommendations from the Hosts were on point! We stayed one night on the south end of Marco at a Hotel (on our last night) on the beach with ocean front view and let me tell you, we LOVED the Air BNB more than the Hotel stay and will definitely book with these Hosts over any Hotel again! Saw Dolphins off our dock every Sunrise and Sunset at the AirBNB! We cannot wait to come back to this Condo! Thank you so much for the amazing Hosts for sharing their Home with us.
