Josh is a great host and is very responsive to any questions I had. The unit was accurately described, very clean, and very well stocked to get you started for your stay. The unit has a beautiful view, the pool is clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Linens and towels were well stocked. The washer and dryer was an added convenience. Highly recommend this property and unit. Josh is extremely easy to work with. He took care of every detail from the welcome water bottles in the refrigerator to the very detailed book that includes details on the unit and favorite restaurants in the area. The added bonus was the beautiful weather!

We had a wonderful stay at Katie’s beautiful, modern home in Naples. The house was absolutely spotless and everything we could possibly need was provided. The kitchen was especially well-equipped, with brand-new pans and all the essentials for cooking at home. The location was peaceful and scenic, surrounded by trees. Katie was an amazing host, responsive and welcoming. We truly wish we could have stayed longer and would love to return. Highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay!! The hosts were very accommodating to us as we had to check in a little early to make it on time to a wedding. We enjoyed an early morning swim in the pool with a Nespresso coffee. Next time we are in Naples we will definitely be reaching out again!

Home was like photos. Easy check in. Garage with opener was convenient. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer was nice. Nice quiet neighborhood. Screened porch with ceiling fans and pool were great. Shopping and restaurants closeby.

Everything that was promoted, was experienced, from the home to the community and surroundings! It was truly a peaceful, pleasant and comfortable stay, looking forward to the next one at this location in the future! Thank you Victor for having us, the pleasure was ours!

Our stay was great. The house and pool were awesome. We enjoyed our time here and will stay again if we get the chance. The inclusion of beach chairs and other amenities was excellent and really makes the value for the price be very good. Elina was an excellent host.

The house is very cozy and inviting. We fell in love with the place and the proximity to the beach and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and will definitely go back in the near future.

Great stay! Lisa was the best host. House was exactly as described and pictured. Pool was very nice and quiet and private. Less than 5 minutes from quality shopping and dining and near the beach. Beds were very comfy. Would stay again if we were in the area.

I have been to 20 airbnbs in the last year and half. this location was great 12 out of 10. The ower was very responsive and cared about our or stay. it is centrally located in town and was in pristine condition. I go this was again you can bet I will be staying here. highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect for me and my husband! Close to everything, fairly walkable to the beach. Room was neat & clean. Host has thought of everything, beach chairs, wagon, towels you name it, it was there. I would also like to add we only saw maybe 2 people our entire time here. It was incredibly private even though it’s a condo. Pools were also nice! Would absolutely stay here again!!!

We had a lovely weekend here. Spent a lot of time on the balcony that was shaded and screened and had an awesome view of the gulf. Plenty of food and shopping very close. Place was clean and comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed to enjoy florida.

We have stayed at the Estero Beach and Tennis before and this unit is the best yet!! I am super picky on cleanliness and it was very clean! The unit had some high end touches along with furniture and decor being very tasteful. The bed was really comfortable, shower nice, outdoor chairs perfect and the towels were amazing. It’s all those little touches that made our stay pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing. We plan on booking again in the future. ☀️

Wow! Best Airbnb I’ve stayed at thus far. The hosts had everything imaginable you need as far as amenities & snacks down to beach equipment. Nice and quiet area as well, definitely a clean space. This place is exactly as described if not better once we arrived. I would 100% recommend staying here and I would 100% stay here again in the future. Excellent job.

Condo is located in a very beautiful setting that includes 24 hour security. The area is stunning and only a short walk to the beach. View from the balcony is gorgeous! Ocean view and view of the shared pool. Well maintained grounds and very clean! Grills for common use could use some maintenance and a good cleaning but they are centrally located for easy use. Kevin is a great owner! Very responsive and helpful. Condo itself is very nice and comfortable! Some updates would be nice however it offers so many great amenities! Beach wagon, chairs and umbrella are provided however again could be updated. Overall our family believes we found a gem of a condo on a great beach in beautiful Naples! Well done Kevin!

Katlyn was a great host and the condo was perfect for our family vacation. We love Sanibel and the location near the lighthouse is the best you can ask for on the island. The unit was well equipped for our family and the extra beach chairs and umbrella were much appreciated. We’ll definitely be back to Sanibel for years to come and will look to book here again.

I loved this place! It was well kept, clean, beautiful big kitchen, dishwasher, spacious rooms, washer/dryer, spacious clean bathrooms. Had a lot of space outside to hang out, beautiful backyard view of the canal. Super peaceful and quiet area. Walking distance to a great little Mexican restaurant. Host provided great recommendations to beach and restaurants. I look forward to staying there again!

We really enjoy the 10 days stay. The unit is nice like in the pictures, a lot of space for our family (2 adults and 3 kids) with TV in each room. Everything we needed it, we found inside the kitchen and the closets. We brought the beach chairs from home but we notice they are few available in the room. We hope we cane come again in Naples, next year and book same place. Thanks Alexander ! Marian
