The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing us to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, the patio is perfect for relaxing at sunset. Our host was very friendly and attentive, providing us with helpful recommendations. We created unforgettable memories and definitely plan to return. We had a fantastic time staying at this beautiful home in Naples, FL. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and just a short drive to the beach and great restaurants. The house itself was spotless and very well-maintained, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A really thoughtful touch was the welcome snacks and bottle of wine waiting for us on the counter—it was such a nice surprise and much appreciated after a day of travel. The backyard was definitely a highlight. Between the clean, inviting pool and hot tub and the spacious lanai, it felt like our own private oasis. The lanai was perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening—it really added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the space. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples, and we'd love to stay here again!

My family loved this home! It truly is a private water oasis! My kids lived in the pool and hot tub! Seriously we had to make them get out at night which was so nice that they loved it so much! The kitchen is a mother’s dream and stocked with everything I needed! The outdoor kitchen and grill was amazing for my husband! Bike rides to the beach were lovely and the shops and restaurants nearby were fantastic! Overall it was a perfect home for us and we will def be back! David was a great host and so helpful for any questions I had about the area!

We spend memorial day weekend with my family of 8 and we all had an amazing experience in this property. It was exactly as we saw in the pictures, this property is almost as new with every single detail covered to have a relaxing stay. The rooms are perfect, bathrooms very modern and clean, kitchet if fully stocked with everything (and more than) you might need, outdoor grill available and the pool/spa pristine clean. We did not find anything not working or missing. Our host Anthony was very responsive to our questions before our stay. I had stayed in many other good properties in Naples Park but this one definitivelly the best one we have stayed. We did enjoy our stay and look forward to come back as soon as posible.

Great location, 10-15min to the beach and great neighborhood! House is very clean, the amenities are excellent, we spent all the time from the beach to the pool to the beach and back. We felt right at home! Great find, Dave was very communicative and friendly, thanks again for hosting us!

This house was the perfect space for four couples in town to play some pickleball. There is a crazy amount of places to sit, inside and out!The beds were comfy and the neighborhood super quiet. In the mornings we drank our coffee poolside before heading out for the day. Dinners were cooked/bbqd in and enjoyed around the big table followed by games. We cooled off in the pool and soaked in the hot tub. Pickleball courts, beach and shopping very close by. Even with eight adults there were no issues sharing bathrooms, working in the kitchen or finding a quiet corner. Great supply of towels and places to hang them. Definitely better than any hotel.

I love this air bnb. I’m picky and I’d usually rather stay at a hotel. But I was so comfortable here. It’s the decor. It’s comfortable and elevated and not gaudy. It feels fresh and clean. It felt better than the ritz. We stayed for almost a month. If there was a problem she answered immediately. She’s amazing. Everything you need is there. I forgot to sign her book. If I could add one thing to improve the place it’s a full length mirror. The lighting in the bathroom is so good for makeup. I love the natural light in the master. I couldn’t figure out the shades but it was so beautiful in the morning so I didn’t care. The outdoor furniture is so comfy. That was a great stay. I like the neighborhood too!

This place truly felt like a second home for my family - everything was perfect! The cleanliness, cozy atmosphere, and backyard exceeded our expectations. The workspace was ideal for my husband and I, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the backyard was our favorite spot to relax. Area was calm and felt safe, perfect for walks with the littles. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

This was our second stay at this location, and it was great again! We did have a couple of issues when we first got there, but they were resolved quickly and all of the maintenance staff that came were so kind and polite. Can’t ask for much more than that!

Amazing Airbnb! Had everything we needed! Very much enjoyed the jacuzzi and fire pit! Bonus washer and dryer for those who stay longer! Kristijan was extremely responsive and flexible with our arrival/departure time! Highly recommend!!

This place was great!! 4 of us came down from Tennessee for a surprise bday party and the place was perfect for us! Comfy hang out spaces - and the fire pits were a plus!! Beds were super comfortable. As noted in the listing - it’s 2 units with totally separate entrances (a duplex) - which provided extra privacy for our group. Thank you for hosting us!!!

We loved the location - easy drive to Naples beaches, Marco Island, Botanical Gardens, Everglades, grocery stores and restaurants. The lani was the absolute best and we loved the hot tub. We were impressed with the quality of the kitchen appliances, knives, pots and pans. Communication was quick and informative. I would rent this home again mostly because of the cleanliness.

Stayed here with my family and everyone loved it which is alot saying from my family! The home is spacious and luxurious! The best host ever and makes you feel on vacation! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! This is the go to place for a calm vacation with the family!

We have stayed at countless AirBNBs for years, and Tanya’s impeccable home is our all-time favorite! The home is even better in person than in the photos. The floor plan allows for guests to have a lot of privacy. All of the bedding and linens were luxurious and we were so comfortable! I could go and on! Tanya was an incredibly gracious and kind hostess, with excellent communications. Our favorite parts: the heated pool, grill, peacefulness and privacy, high end furnishings, stocked kitchen, the bicycles, beach equipment, fishing on the lake, and the access to the private pickleball courts. We cannot wait to come back!! Thank you, Tanya!

As soon as we entered the property, we knew how special it was. The grounds are expansive, lots of beautiful trees, a gorgeous pool area that was super peaceful, private and relaxing, and the interior was beautifully decorated. Loved the master bath and the view of the palms! Kirstin was such a great host and communicated well. We really didn't have to go anywhere if we didn't want to, this house had it all. Highly recommend and hope to return one day!
