Cozy, sparkling clean 3 bedroom 1 bath manufactured home on Caney Lake. Includes use of the dock for fishing and relaxing(no swimming), a boat slip and concrete boat launch. The home is situated on the property behind the main home with partial lake views from each side of porch. 5 minutes by water from Jimmy Davis State Park swim area/beach. Cozy 2 bedroom guest house on Caney Lake.

Come enjoy a peaceful getaway on Caney Lake. Our guesthouse is an updated mobile home that is right behind our main house. While the mobile home is not waterfront, we love for our guests to enjoy our floating boathouse and our yard (that is waterfront) with lounge chairs, hammock and a fire pit. Feel free to cast a line! If we are there staying in the main house, we desire for you to feel freedom enjoying these spaces! There are bream and bass galore so bring your fishing pole!
