Imagine a luxury cabin in the trees, in a cove on Cross Lake - for a romantic enchanted forest vibe getaway. Watch the birds and squirrels on the back porch with morning coffee or evening cocktails. Catch lightning bugs at dusk. Take a kayak out to cross lake. Spend time in our upstairs reading loft with our very own “little library”. Stargaze through our telescope. Quiet but in city limits.Our house next door can be rented as well as separate listing. What a dreamy honeymoon spot or picture op❤️

“Serenity on Sibley” Guesthouse~Close to Downtown

Down the winding road, at the bottom of the wooded hill, “Serenity” awaits. This single-room guesthouse sits on the banks of Sibley Lake. Relax and take in the sunsets from the screened porch. Up to 4 guests with a queen-sized bed and a queen fold-out couch. It has a full bath with shower, a kitchenette with island and barstools. A paddleboat, kayaks and life vests are available for use during your stay. Hosts live up and across the drive from the Serenity Guesthouse Located @ 10 min from town.

Cozy, sparkling clean 3 bedroom 1 bath manufactured home on Caney Lake. Includes use of the dock for fishing and relaxing(no swimming), a boat slip and concrete boat launch. The home is situated on the property behind the main home with partial lake views from each side of porch. 5 minutes by water from Jimmy Davis State Park swim area/beach. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, water sports, sitting near the water around the fire pit, and great fishing while relaxing at this country getaway.

Come Relax and catch some fish at this peaceful country cottage. 3 bedroom and 2 full baths. 2 king size beds, a bunk bed, and a twin bed. Has everything you need to come and relax and enjoy your time on the water. Boat dock with 2 boat slips and a fish cleaning table. A game room for the kids. A screened in back porch to sit and enjoy the breeze. Enjoy a fire in the fire pit by the lake. Located up Corney Creek with excellent fishing. 60” tv in the den, with 50” TVs in the bedrooms. Piney Woods A-Frame is a cozy rustic cabin tucked away from it all to give you the solitude you've been craving. This is the prefect place for a couples get away, a girls’ weekend, a fishing trip, or just a solo escape. Outdoor lovers will get the best of both worlds here- escape to a cabin in the woods while also being right on the water! Water levels are back to normal so you can enjoy taking out the kayaks! There’s stocked firewood for campfires, board games, & propane for grilling!

Lake life will rejuvenate your soul. Our home is furnished with guests in mind to feel like home. Enjoy cooking in our fully stocked kitchen. Grab a blanket, pick a DVD or book from our small collection, or have fun with the family playing games we've provided. Either way, this trip is all about relaxation.

Cozy 2 bedroom guest house on Caney Lake.

Come enjoy a peaceful getaway on Caney Lake. Our guesthouse is an updated mobile home that is right behind our main house. While the mobile home is not waterfront, we love for our guests to enjoy our floating boathouse and our yard (that is waterfront) with lounge chairs, hammock and a fire pit. Feel free to cast a line! If we are there staying in the main house, we desire for you to feel freedom enjoying these spaces! There are bream and bass galore so bring your fishing pole!

Our comfortable cottage allows you to step right outside and be standing over beautiful Caney Lake. With beautiful views from the dock, best fishing in the state of Louisiana, you feel you are at a relaxing resort on the inside of this property. Tucked away in a quiet cove, this is a true relaxing fishing getaway for the entire family or a great guys weekend away. 1 Queen Bed in bedroom, 2 twin beds and 1 futon sofa that makes into a full bed in the main living area.

The Blue House on Cross Lake

This cottage was built circa 1926 on Cross Lake as the home for Lonnie Erwin who owned a catfish restaurant next to his home. Back in the day it was popular to drive up from Shreveport if they caught enough catfish to serve. The restaurant closed in the mid 1940s and it and the cottage fell into disrepair. We renovated the cottage and restaurant (also on Airbnb as The Red House on Cross Lake) and brought them up to date.
